IMPLEMENTATION OF PRIMA SERVICE IN IMPROVING COMMUNITY SATISFACTION (Case Study of Family Card Handling Service in Kecamatan Menganti, Gresik)This research is meant to find out the implementation of excellent service to increased people satisfaction where the focus of the proposed research is trying to understand about the public service excellence in improving people's satisfaction at maintenance services of the Kartu Keluarga (KK). This research is associative descriptive research with quantitative approach. Survey method is done by issuing interviews and distributing questionnaires. Indicators that used in the service excellence are simplicity, clarity, certainty of time, accuracy, security, responsibility, completeness of facilities and infrastructure, ease of access, discipline, courtesy and friendliness and comfort. Indicators in the people satisfaction it can be done by measuring Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) i.e. the procedures, conditions of service, the clarity of service personnel, disciplinary care workers, the responsibility of service personnel, the ability of service personnel, speed of service, justice to get service, courtesy and friendliness of the clerk, reasonableness of fees service, cost of service assurance, service schedule certainty, convenience and security environment ministry. The subjects were employees of the service and the people who perform the maintenance services of Kartu Keluarga 150 respondents using quota sampling method is sampling. Based on interviews and distributed questionnaires showed that the excellent service performed by employees, especially service management to increasing People Satisfaction in District Menganti, Gresik is good and the people are satisfied with the services provided by employees. This research is motivated by the development of photography as a medium of visualcommunication to create an image as well as provide and deliver a message. One photographerIndonesia, Rio photographed create photographic works of folklore Indonesian theme with the title"Once upon a time". He tried to revive the appeal of folklore with a different delivery. This studyaimed to describe the meaning of photos contained in an image photographed Rio theme Alkisahwork. This study focused on five object Once among others Nyi Roro Kidul, Jonggrang, Pitung, MalinKundang, Kasarung. The theory used is the theory of Roland Barthes Semiotics which consists of twostages marking the denotation stage as the first stage and second stage stage connotation as inmeaning. The method used research methods used in this research is qualitative and descriptive. Datacollection techniques with in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The Ministry of Tourism has started working on Indonesia‟s tourism campaign targetingdomestic tourists through tourism ads „Pesona Indonesia‟. In the tourism ads „Pesona Indonesia‟,public relation function is being applied by the Ministry of Tourism which related to theimplementation of growth and development in tourism interest.The public relation functions must be able to represent Indonesia‟s image which will be shown. Thisresearch is being done to identify the Ministry of Tourism‟s public relation functions in tourism ads„Pesona Indonesia‟ to increase domestic tourists‟ interest. The method used for the research isCharles Sanders Peirce‟s semiotics analysis, and the objects of the research is tourism ads „PesonaIndonesia‟ on television with Indonesia Milik Kita version, and event ads Festival Gentala Arasy 2017in pesona Indonesia travel official website. Based on the research that writer has done, it can beconcluded that the Ministry of Tourism applied the development of national tourism interest functionin tourism ads „Pesona Indonesia‟ Indonesia Milik Kita version by displaying tourism objects imageas a natural and cultural tourism area.
