A comprehensive simulation to investigate the charge loss mechanisms in planar and raised STI NAND-type charge trapping flash (CTF) memories with careful calibrations is present. The tunneling and silicon nitride trap transport with Poole-Frenkel (PF) effect are solved selfconsistently and validated based on the experimental data including gate stacks leakage, program speed, and high temperature retention. Based on the programmed state, the high temperature retention is simulated and compared with the measurement data. In planar CTF, the vertical charge loss through tunneling layers and blocking layers are analyzed. The results show that the former is the dominant one. Finally, the charge loss in raised STI CTF is compared with that in planar CTF. The results show that the enhanced charge loss in raised STI CTF is induced by the lateral spreading and the non-uniform charge storage nearby the STI edge, especially in the narrow width (100nm) raised STI CTF.
Objectives: This paper reviews the integrated health promotion program in health center to analyse the problems and to provide the future directions aiming to health promotion block grants. Methods: The guidebook for the integrated health promotion program published by the Minister of Health and Welfare were reviewed in this study. And also the empirical results and theoretical considerations were used in making future directions. Results and Conclusion: This paper suggested four improvement directions as follows; first, the legal review committee is needed to approve when the central government change the way of health promotion program in health center. Second, the required programs should be replaced by an integrated outcom evaluation indicators. Third, the central government should strengthen the capacity of local government. And finally, visiting training should be conducted each health center.
Objectives:The purpose of the study is to investigate the oral health-related quality of life according to smoking in the male workers in Gunsan. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 460 male workers in Gunsan from April 13 to 30, 2015. Among 460 workers, smokers were 205 and nonsmokers were 255. The questionnaire included three questions of general characteristics of the subjects, four questions of subjective oral health, fourteen questions of OHIP, ten questions of sobriety test (AUDIT), and eight questions of smoking (Fagerstrom Test for Nicotine Dependence, FTND). Data were analyzed by frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis using IBM SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science) for Windows 20.0 program. Results: In the nonsmokers, there was a negative correlation between the alcohol consumption, dental health condition, tooth pain, gum bleeding, and halitosis. The higher OHIP in the smokers had the negative correlation with nicotine dependence, alcohol consumption, tooth pain, gum bleeding, and halitosis. In order to improve OHIP, smokers are encouraged to manage gum bleeding, and non-smokers to halitosis. Conclusions: In order to improve OHIP, cessation of smoking and alcohol consumption is very important and it can lead to improve the quality of life in the workers.
= Abstract =Objectives: This study was conducted to suggest the way to improve the tobacco control program of public health centers in Korea.
Methods:A survey with a self-administered questionnaire was conducted among 246 persons in charge of tobacco control work in public health centers nationwide in December, 2006. Frequency analysis was performed with a final sample of 212 respondents with SPSS 12.0 for Windows.
Results:The duration of engagement in tobacco control work was less than 3 years among 86.7% of respondents, and 87.3% of respondents had other duties besides tobacco control. Almost all public health centers conducted a campaign with posters or leaflets, and smoking prevention education among adolescents. The actual priority for programs was based on the community diagnosis in only 33.5% of the cases. Only 1.9% of respondents complained lack of budget, on the other hand, 44.7% of respondents appealed insufficient number of personnel. The route of knowledge and skill was largely dependent on self-learning or information from colleague. Collaboration with other related department was done well in 39.5% of the cases. The majority of respondents was satisfied with the general support from central government.
Conclusions:To improve the tobacco control program of public health centers, it is needed the reinforcement of capacity and specialty among personnel, priority setting and performance of programs based on the scientific evidence, induction of community participation, utilization of community human resources, development of education and training course for practical skill, effective networking among departments.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
