south (34% and 38%) and midwest region (23% and 17%). Procedures in the northeast region appeared only in 2015, accounting for 3% and 2%, respectively. For FtM, only centers in southeast and south regions were observed (southeast accounted for 70% and 66% of hospital admissions and costs, respectively). ConClusions: The analysis of SIH/SUS administrative claims database showed that almost ten years after TSRP implementation, the access to available procedures is still low. Furthermore, costs represent < 1% of total hospitalization costs recorded for the same period.
