The automotive industry is one of the most important sectors of the global economy. It has long been setting new standards not only in quality management (QS 9000/VDA or ISO/TS 16949). It is also an inspiration for seeking efficient production methods, such as lean production, agile production and tools that support such production in the global automotive supply chain. Since October 2016, a new quality management standard in the form of the IATF 16949:2016 system has been in place in the automotive industry. The standard amends the existing ISO/TS 16949:2009 based on the revised ISO 9001:2015 and customer-specific requirements (CSR).
Przedstawiono proces wdrażania systemu zarządzania zgodnie z normą PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 w Laboratorium Wzorcują-cym ITA. Laboratorium uzyskało akredytację PCA w dziedzinie wzorcowania oraz sprawdzeń okresowych maszyn wytrzymałościowych i urządzeń technologicznych do sił rozciągających i ściskających, współrzędnościowych systemów pomiarowych z głowicą pomiarową optyczną, mierzącą odległość, oraz współ-rzędnościowych systemów pomiarowych opartych na technice optycznych skanerów do elementów obrotowo symetrycznych. SŁOWA KLUCZOWE: akredytowane laboratorium wzorcujące, maszyny wytrzymałościowe i urządzenia technologiczne do sił rozciągających i ściskających, współrzędnościowe optyczne systemy pomiaroweIn the paper a process of implementation of management system according to PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 for ITA Calibration Laboratory was presented. Laboratory was granted an accreditation from PCA regarding calibration of universal testing machines and technological devices for tensile forces and compression forces as well as coordinate measurement systems with optical distance sensors and coordinate measurement systems based on technique of optical scanners for rotary symetrical work pieces. KEYWORDS: accredited calibration laboratory, universal testing machines and technological devices for tensile forces and compression forces, coordinate optical measurement systems Firma ITA jest polskim przedsiębiorstwem, które od ok. 20 lat dostarcza kompleksowe rozwiązania pomiarowe i narzędziowe. 1) i spełnia kryteria wymagań normy PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 Ap1:2007.
ISO 9001 quality management systems are very popular in Poland. The changes in the standard introduced in 2015 related to, among other things, the treatment of risk management as a vital part of corporate governance, will make companies improve the management of their systems in this respect. The aim of the article is to present a model of organization improvement which takes into account the requirements associated with risk included in the standard ISO 9001: 2015, supported by the guidelines for risk management in accordance with ISO 31000: 2012. The model is the result of compilation work based on the cooperation of the authors of the article with more than 20 industrial enterprises over the past three years.
Purpose: Hence, the research problem of the work is to identify the issues of the directions of changes and trends in the automotive industry in the long term by suppliers in the field of the development of new technologies. In turn, the aim of the work is to present the results of own research on the applied solutions in the field of new technologies development by a direct supplier of level 05 (System integrator MAHLE groupherd case) to companies producing vehicles in the automotive industry. Methodology: The research was carried out using the monographic method and the method of examining documents using the technique of examining documents, participant observation and expert interview. Findings: The directions of changes and trends in the automotive industry in the perspective of 2030 discussed in this paper are the beginning of changes in the technological quality of suppliers. Practical Implications: You can observe a growing trend related to the departure from the traditional reactive quality strategy to proactive, which uses new generation automation, communication and collaboration technologies based on the functions of various software and their modules, e.g., in the field of quality management software (EQMS). Originality/value: The current relationships between vehicle manufacturers and suppliers in the automotive industry have changed significantly, mainly due to new technologies related to the development of vehicles powered by alternative power sources.
