Neste trabalho é proposto um método baseado em otimização para a sintonia de controladores PI para sistemas sujeitos a restrições na variável controlada e saturação do atuador. É utilizada a teoria de conjuntos invariantes para o tratamento de restrições na variável controlada, junto com a modelagem politópica para saturação do atuador. São apresentadas condições para que um poliedro contido no conjunto de restrições seja invariante em relação a um sistema em malha fechada com um controlador PI sujeito a saturação. Estas condições são usadas na formulação de um problema de programação bilinear cuja solução fornece os parâmetros do controlador que satisfaz as restrições e um conjunto invariante associado. Para a validação numérica do método foi desenvolvido um exemplo com o uso de três funções-objetivo diferentes. Os resultados mostram que o método é capaz de determinar uma sintonia que não viola nenhuma restrição e também a importância da escolha adequada da função objetivo.
