El actual artículo de revisión, tiene como propósito analizar el rol del maestro en la educación sostenible 2030, desde una perspectiva documental – analítica. La educación corre el riesgo de perder su esencia al pretender separar lo ético – espiritual de lo académico, al contrario debe ser una triada inseparable, sobre todo en los primeros años de formación del estudiante, los padres y representantes deben girar nuevamente a comprender el rol en conjunto al maestro de educar a sus hijos, el hogar y la escuela se complementan en la educación, ambos escenarios son importantes para la vida del estudiante. El maestro, ya no solo basta con educar en valores sociales en contexto, sino, globales, es decir ante la figura de un mundo global, se abre la posibilidad de interrelaciones basadas en el intercambio cultural, educar para una convivencia mundial desde lo local.
El dinamismo actual que envuelve a las instituciones educativas las reta a adoptar innovadoras posturas organizacionales permitiéndoles ser flexibles ante entornos cambiantes, considerando que estas entidades están determinadas por el compromiso, el esfuerzo y la motivación de las personas que las integran y donde el clima organizacional es elemento que ha de coadyuvar a ello. Considerando esto, la investigación tuvo como objetivo describir el clima organizacional como elemento fundamental para repensar y mejorar las instituciones educativas. En tal sentido, la metodología asumida correspondió con un diseño documental-bibliográfico, mediante la observación sistemática de material documental. Finalmente, el clima organizacional es un fenómeno de la realidad organizacional construida que tiene incidencia no solo en los desempeños individuales, sino, también en la acción de la organización como un todo integrado, de ahí que sea un constructo útil y necesario para el abordaje de todo tipo de organizaciones, pero, en especial las educativas.
Se implementó un tipo de investigación correlacional con la finalidad de cumplir con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre la clase invertida y el aprendizaje de los estudiantes de bachillerato, con la finalidad de conocer su aporte como enfoque escolar centrado en el estudiante, apoyándose en un diseño no experimental. El resultado -,086 arroja una correlación negativa alta con significancia bilateral de ,357. La investigación realizada contribuye en la conformación de una educación basada en la generación de la autonomía y pro actividad como elementos esenciales para afrontar con pertinencia los diversos retos sociales por venir, siendo pertinente generar este modelo educativo de la clase invertida en otras instituciones educativas con la finalidad de incentivar el uso e implementación de un método pedagógico concebido como una alternativa viable a la consecución de una educación de calidad.
Recibido: 23 de abril de 2019Aprobado: 1 de junio de 2019Se implementó un tipo de investigación correlacional con la finalidad de cumplir con el objetivo determinar la relación entre el síndrome de burnout y calidad educativa docente en las instituciones educativas de la ciudad de Manta – Ecuador. El resultado -,097 arroja una correlación negativa alta con significancia bilateral de, 434, lo cual implica que ambas variables se correlacionan en sentido inverso. A partir de los resultados obtenidos, se hace necesario profundizar el diagnóstico del síndrome de burnout en el resto de las instituciones educativas de la provincia de Manabí, esto como una medida para conocer realmente la cantidad de docentes con síndrome de burnout, lo cual permitirá generar estrategias en favor de prevenir la presencia del síndrome de burnout, con lo cual se atenderá a la población docente con fines de mejorar su calidad de vida profesional.
