El presente artículo tiene como objeto brindar una herramienta de trabajo, a los entrenadores de baloncesto que le permitan ayudar a sus jugadores, en la toma de decisiones desde el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje en la transición ofensiva del baloncesto, femenino de la Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo Extensión Morona Santiago se propone un Esquema de ejercicios que les permita tener una guía de trabajo con base a la periodización táctica Nuestra muestra de trabajo estuvo integrada por 15 jugadores, teniendo como objetivo metodológico la aplicación de la periodización táctica en el entrenamiento, tocando un aspecto, importante dentro del juego de baloncesto como lo es la transición ofensiva, buscando un adecuado nivel de juego potenciando su aplicación en nuestro equipo con base en la periodización táctica adecuando sus principios y metodología a nuestro entorno, permitiendo un mejor funcionamiento en nuestra transición ofensiva, desde el punto de vista individual (fortaleciendo la toma de decisiones) y con ello mejorar el preforman y el accionar como equipo, lo individual en función de lo colectivo.
El objetivo del presente estudio, fue analizar el nuevo currículo de educación física en el Ecuador, el mismo que ha sido implementado por la subsecretaría de Fundamentos Educativos del Ministerio, argumentando que los cambios se adaptan al plan decenal sobre inclusión y atención a la diversidad; y que, además contiene una propuesta de capacitación presencial y en línea que brinda una metodología de flexibilidad para que el docente se adapte a las necesidades de los estudiantes. Para ello, se ha realizado un reajuste que simplifican la organización contemplada en la presentación de una planificación anual a un currículo por subnivel que abarcar tres años de estudio. La simplificación será implementada en educación básica donde existen cuatro subniveles: preparatoria, elemental, media y superior; donde por cada subnivel se contempla un plan analítico con sus respectivos objetivos de carácter obligatorio y opcional; mientras que lo mismo sucede a nivel de bachillerato también con una duración de tres años. El análisis contempló el impacto de la reforma, asignatura, el docente y los estudiantes, concluyendo que todo cambio representa nuevos retos identificando nuevas problemáticas y fortalezas que deben ser incididas a través de alternativas educativas enmarcadas en estrategias y técnicas incluyendo los estudiantes que tienen dificultades de aprendizaje.
Introducción: El índice de Masa Corporal (IMC) es un parámetro confiable usado para identificar categorías de peso, de allí su importancia en ciencias relacionadas con la salud, la actividad física y el deporte. Objetivo: Determinar el IMC en universitarios varones de la Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo. Métodos: Investigación descriptivo-analítica, bajo un muestreo aleatorio simple se selecciona una muestra representativa de estudiantes universitarios (581, género masculino) de la universidad mencionada, registrando 7 indicadores relacionados con IMC, siendo registrados por 15 especialistas certificados. Resultados: El 67% de los sujetos presentaron peso Normal, el 22% Sobrepeso, un 6% Bajo Peso, un 4% con Obesidad Tipo I, y el 1% con Obesidad Tipo II. Los valores en promedio determinaron una edad de 20 años, un peso de 64,92 Kg, una talla o estatura de 167 cm, un IMC de 23.21 Kg/m², un IMG de 21.03% y un IMM de 29.11 Kg. Conclusiones: Se cumplimenta el objetivo de la investigación, recomendándose incorporar un estudio similar en el género femenino.
