Die Wertstrommethode sowie -simulationen von Produktionsabläufen sind etablierte Vorgehensweisen, die in zahlreichen produzierenden Unternehmen zum Einsatz kommen. Sie werden heute typischerweise unabhängig voneinander eingesetzt. Die Wertstrommethode bedient sich auch Zeiten in von Industrie 4.0 meistens noch analoger Hilfsmittel wie Klemmbrettern und Flipcharts. Hier setzte das Forschungsprojekt MobiSim an, das Wertstromanalyse und -design direkt an der Fertigungslinie digitalisiert und mit zeitdynamischer Simulation verknüpft. In diesem Beitrag werden die Ergebnisse des Projekts und die Funktionalität der App SimVSM vorgestellt.* )
Kurzfassung
Die Wertstrommethode dient der Analyse und schrittweisen Gestaltung schlanker Produktions- und Auftragsabwicklungsprozesse mithilfe einer einfachen Symbolik und auf der Grundlage intuitiv nachvollziehbarer Gestaltungsregeln. Die Stärken einer Materialflusssimulation liegen in der Abbildung von Dynamik und der Quantifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen. Dieser Beitrag stellt einen Ansatz vor, der die Vorteile beider Methoden verknüpft und Simulationsmodelle auf Basis des Wertstromabbilds ermöglicht. Hierzu wird ein Baukasten vorgestellt, der jedem Wertstromelement einen Simulationsbaustein zuordnet.
