This critical evaluation is based on the argument that the process of precariousness is not only restricted to external aspects, related to the conditions of professional practice, which can be sanitized, but it also encompasses aspects related to the dynamic that is necessarily established between the individual-worker and their professional gender through their work collective. This analysis concludes with a list of possible alternatives for the training of future professionals and the resumption of quality of life in the real work of psychologists.
