Las reformas legislativas de la Formación Profesional han forzado un cambio de paradigma y han favorecido un enfoque competencial con consecuencias directas en la evaluación. En este trabajo de revisión sistemática, se han analizado las publicaciones relativas a la evaluación en la FP con clasificación superior a D en CIRC durante el periodo 2011-2021. Los resultados principales indican una baja producción con un periodo álgido en 2017-2018, con tendencia a la publicación puntual en parejas, pero con un impacto moderado. La nueva realidad legislativa y los nuevos enfoques educativos invitan a una necesidad de impulsar la investigación en este campo.
La dificultad para evaluar las competencias en la FP inicial en España se debe principalmente a la complejidad para medir constructos no observables direc- tamente. Para que la medida sea posible, es necesario convertir el marco normativo de la FP inicial a un sistema cifrado y establecer instrumentos y unidades de medida que permitan manejar grandes cantidades de información de manera adecuada. El objetivo principal del estudio es la creación de un sistema de evaluación y medición de las competencias desde un enfoque basado en los resultados de aprendizaje. En cuanto a la metodología utilizada, se trata de un estudio exploratorio con un enfoque cualitativo, en el que se ha utilizado una rúbrica para medir los niveles de logro de las competencias en comunicación oral de 21 estudiantes de Administración y Finanzas en un centro de Formación Profesional de la Comunidad de Madrid. Los resultados ofrecen una delimitación terminológica y un sistema de categorización a través de una rúbrica elaborada ad hoc para clasificar los niveles de logro alcanzados en función de lo que hemos denominado puntos de competencia. Como conclusiones, se abordan una serie de aspectos relacionados con la evaluación en la FPI, la elaboración de índices que complementen las mediciones realizadas y la emisión de feedback con fines for- mativos.
