LEISURE IN PUBLIC SCHOOL OF QUINDÍO (COLOMBIA): REFLECTIONS IN PEDAGOGICAL CODEObjective: to divulge the impact of education on university graduate teachers from the specialization on Pedagogical Assessment at the tutorial Center of the Catholic University of Manizales, within the scenario where their assessment practices were done. Methodology: ethnographic approach research. The assessment practices carried out by twelve graduate teachers from the specialization on Pedagogical Assessment, who currently work at six public institutions in the city of Manizales, are analyzed. The participant observation and the ethnographic interview approaches were the applied instruments for the data collection of this study. After a manual coding process, recurrence clustering and association of data categories for the purpose of dismissing irrelevant information and confirming semantic units the Atlas.ti software, was applied. Findings: a collection of evidence regarding the application of positive perspectives as part of the reflection of teachers' assessment practices gathered during the observation of their classes, finding that the innovative strategies used to assess, were adapted according to each context, and to the multiple possibilities offered by an integral education. Conclusions: the text is an invitation to the recognition of transformations, education and constant emergencies faced by teachers as well as their possibilities to meet.
