Reikšminiai žodžiai: endovaskulinė, recidyvas, chirurgija, venos, varikozė. Tikslas. Rezultatai. Pacientai pasiskirstė: 102 vyrai (18 proc.) ir 453 moterys (82 proc.). Vidutinis pacientų amžius – 49,7 m. (SD ± 12,8 m.) – nuo 18 m. iki 87 m. Refliuksas prieš operaciją nustatytas vena saphena magna 96 proc.; vena saphena parva 3 proc.; abiejose – 1 proc. Atokiuoju laikotarpiu diagnozuoti 3 didžiosios poodžio venos recidyvai (0,5 proc.). Visi trys recidyvai pastebėti moterims (p > 0,05). Išvados. Didžiųjų komplikacijų po operacijos nepastebėta. Recidyvų dažnis sudarė 0,5 proc. Visais atvejais rekanalizavosi vena saphena magna ir visi recidyvai išsivystė moterims.

To determine the rate of recurrence of the varicose veins after endovenous laser treatment. Materials and methods. The retrospective analysis in Vilnius' city clinical hospital was made. 555 patients (598 limbs) were treated for varicose veins in 2011-2013. Selected patients were in C3-C4 stages of chronic venous disease (CEAP). From 7 J to 9 J of energy was used during the operation for 1 mm of vein's length. Clinical and ultrasound tests were performed before and 1-3 years after the operation. Only limbs which were treated were evaluated. Results were analysed in limbs as separate cases. Results. 102 men (18 %) and 453 women (82 %) were treated. Mean age was 49,7 ± 12,8. Dispersion was from 18 to 87. Reflux before intervention was determined in vena saphena magna (96 %); vena saphena parva (3 %); in both veins -1 % of cases. The rate of recurrences was 0,5 %.Conclusions. There were no major compications in the follow up period. The rate cof recurrences was 0,5 proc. In all cases recanalization after endovenous laser treatment occured in women. ĮVADASLazeriai medicinos srityje taikomi nuo 1960 metų kraujagyslių malformacijoms gydyti. 1998 m.
