Palavras-Chaves: Corporeidade, Tradições afrobrasileiras, Negritude, Artista cênico, Pedagogia do teatro. 7 AbstractThis thesis is a case study on the black matrix present in Brazilian traditional dances and their influence on the formation of the scenic artist. It is, therefore, a Scenic Pedagogical Proposal whose purpose is to systematize methodological procedures that can contribute to bodily processes of the artist's scene in his poetic creation, in which dialogues with Afro-Brazilian culture are revealed. The central hypothesis of the thesis points that to experience and learn the technical and poetic knowledge present in the dances of the Afro-Brazilian tradition, reverberates in aesthetic/artistic production of the student/artist of arts scene, at different levels of learning. The dialogue between artistic expressivity and black roots ...
