El desastre humanitario y ambiental de las últimas tres décadas (1990, 2000 y 2010) provocado por el modelo agroindustrial ha implicado dos grandes alternativas socioproductivas que consolidaron dos modelos políticos y económicos que se enfrentan territorial y públicamente: el Modelo de Agronegocios, que ya lleva millones de hectáreas ganadas con iguales estrategias del modelo agroindustrial; y, no alineado a este (Gras y Hernandez 2013:3) y emergente como modelo alternativo-societal, el Modelo Agroecológico y de autonomía/soberanía alimentaria (Such, 2012), con toda su dinámica de movimientos sociales, asociada en Sudamérica. Este último modelo en construcción ha ganado sendas batallas desterritorializando al Agronegocio, pero este último ha modificado su accionar para reterritorializarse de la mano de la (re)neoliberalización del Conosur. Se propone aquí describir y analizar los conflictos entre estos modelos a partir de metodologías de investigación, acción, fuentes informativas y balances empresariales, notas periodísticas, ordenanzas y leyes, entre otras, buscando responder a la pregunta ¿Cómo se territorializan y tensionan estos modelos en Sudamérica y particularmente en Córdoba, Argentina?
En este artículo se estudian las narrativas colectivas en el contexto de las luchas socioambientales argentinas frente a numerosos desastres ecológicos que han generado alrededor de 95 000 desplazados, entre los años 2010 y 2020. Los datos fueron recogidos mediante metodología cuantitativa de investigación acción-participación; además, se revisaron leyes y publicaciones en redes sociales. El estudio comprueba cómo el complejo desarrollista, en su avanzada colonialista, continúa con el desalojo, desmonte, fumigación y muerte de pueblos y minorías sociales. Con el objetivo de describir las nuevas prácticas del proceso de territorialización y su alto impacto ambiental, se visibilizan las acciones de este complejo de poder que permiten tejer su actual entramado colonialista (particularmente en la provincia de Córdoba). Se indaga en la movilización social emancipatoria, organizada como resistencia frente a tal proceso en las ecorregiones de Gran Chaco y El Espinal. A su vez, se pone en evidencia cómo desde el Estado se ha criminalizado esta lucha, con vistas a romper la articulación social conseguida por las asambleas y movimientos sociales, que han puesto en práctica una construcción colectiva contrahegemónica. Se concluye con la afirmación de que la defensa del bosque y de la vida, tal y como es impulsada por las asambleas socioambientales, desterritorializa progresivamente el agronegocio, la megaminería metalífera y de canteras y el desarrollismo inmobiliario.
De manera crítica, se estudia el sistema alimentario transgénico-transnacional de agronegocios. Aquel que trae consigo expoliación de los bienes comunes, creciente conflictividad socioambiental, y es responsable, cada vez más, de los efectos negativos, tanto en la salud de la población como del ambiente. El objetivo es comprender las tramas de dicho sistema desde su impacto territorial-ambiental en Córdoba, Argentina. Este análisis se realiza a partir de un acto de escucha a los distintos sujetos de lucha, a partir de la investigación-acción-participación, tejiendo redes de resistencias locales y contribuyendo en la comprensión de la realidad alimentaria y territorial. En asambleas de ciudadanos, los productores-elaboradores de alimentos y las organizaciones alimentarias —como redes de compra y consumo—, buscaron visibilizar estrategias que, desde la agroecología, procuran desterritorializar el sistema alimentario transgénico de agronegocio. Se presentan los avances y nuevos desafíos en materia de prohibición a las fumigaciones, judicialización de luchas, crecimiento de circuitos cortos de comercio de alimentos agroecológicos y las múltiples territorialidades de organizaciones de base, que desde las sierras de Córdoba, aportan a la construcción de sistemas alimentarios nutricionales agroecológicos regionales, aquellos que se siguen tejiendo colectivamente para sanar con la tierra.
