RESUMOO ritmo de crescimento da população com 60 anos ou mais têm sido intenso nos últimos 30 anos em nosso país. Esta mudança demográfica leva à transição epidemiológica, caracterizada pela queda da mortalidade infantil, redução das doenças infecciosas e aumento das doenças crônico-degenerativas (como a osteoporose). O aumento da morbimortalidade pela osteoporose está associado a custos econômicos significativos relacionados à hospitalização, cuidados ambulatoriais, institucionalização, incapacidades e mortes prematuras. Sendo a fratura a conseqüência clínica da osteoporose, a avaliação do ambiente domiciliar para identificar e eliminar riscos ambientais tem grande validade como estratégia de prevenção de quedas, já que estas são responsáveis por mais de 85% das fraturas. Desta forma, cumpre ressaltar que quedas são eventos freqüentes e de alta morbidade em idosos que vivem na comunidade. Os desafios para o reumatologista e outros profissionais da saúde estão na identificação precoce dos fatores de risco para a osteoporose, na educação dos pacientes e na intervenção ao longo de toda a vida, tanto em homens quanto em mulheres, prática ainda timidamente desenvolvida em nosso meio.Palavras-chave: osteoporose, queda, fratura, prevenção.
Traz proposta de tradução de poesia indígena guarani para a língua portuguesa, baseado na tradução como procedimento poético de repetição (Martins, 2018; 2019) a partir de Henri Meschonnic (2006; 2010; 2016), e da poética ameríndia, para uma reflexão acerca do sujeito da linguagem e do sujeito cosmológico. Mbaraká é um instrumento musical indígena, sagrado, e tem relação com o ritmo e encontro com o incomunicado, e aqui é pensado como um instrumento para a atividade de tradução.
Dentro da lógica do modelo civilizatório vigente, as populações tradicionais são cada vez mais destituídas de seus espaços de sustentabilidade. Na região metropolitana de São Paulo, encontram-se, como força de trabalho, indivíduos provenientes de grupos indígenas migrados de sua terra tradicional. Busca-se, aqui, entender a situação linguística deles. A reflexão sobre línguas indígenas em contexto urbano constitui o cerne deste artigo.
Se o tradutor fugir de tentativas de interpretações ou desconsiderar a primeira vista um leitor, então, ele pode se apoiar nas palavras. Quando dos textos míticos, o que se verifica é uma incoerência na sua linguagem. Essa incoerência é domesticada por uma razão na política da traduzir. A poética do traduzir é aquela pelas palavras, em seu espraiamento (MARTINS, 2022). Nesse sentido a incoerência dos textos míticos é uma poética. Considera-se o se fazendo. Chamaremos aos textos míticos, de narrativas cosmológicas. Tratar de questões de cosmologia na tradução é interessante para aqueles que se embrenham nos estudos de línguas indígenas e em suas traduções para línguas de colonização. O aspecto dessa língua contida no material traduzido é uma língua de novidade, algo como “língua pura” (BENJAMIN, [1923] 2008). Essa “língua pura” é uma língua de poética da relação. Temos o pensamento de Édouard Glissant ([1990] 2011) como base, do qual continuamos com o conceito de Diverso, considerando a poética do traduzir em Henri Meschonnic ([1989] 2006). Nesse sentido, o Diverso para a contínuo, a repetição e diferença na língua, de aspectos que significam antes de tudo. O aspecto do Diverso nessa língua da poética da relação implica um modo de ver. O cosmológico na tradução, assim, pelo participativo, o território, o sujeito do poema, o povo na língua. Nossa teorização está na tradução de Ayvu Rapyta (CADOGAN, 1959), em língua indígena Mbya-Guarani.
