This study attempts to analyze the articles published in the Korean Journal of Organization & Human Resource Management from 1980 to May 2022, and to suggest for the future research directions. The total number of published articles in the journal is 297. This paper suggests the main characteristics of articles and research trends depending on themes and phases. More specifically, the main themes can be classified into general human resource management/ strategic human resource management, recruitment/selection and turnover practices, employee evaluation practices, compensation practices, human resource development, global human resource management & development, job, and etc. Moreover, the phases can be divided into 1980-1990s (the Asian financial crisis), 2000s (the glabal financial crisis), and post-2010s (global hyper-competition). In addition to descriptive statistics, this study tried to analyze the research trends by utilizing untypical text mining with Python. Furturemore, this study suggests the global research trends by using SciVal of Elviser. Based on these findings, in the discussion part, this study suggests future research directions in the human resource management field.
In this paper, we have designed the Anti-Aircraft Artillery(AAA) model for the surface-to-air virtual engagement. The AAA model for the virtual combat simulation needs to detect the present target and estimate the target flight trajectory to find the aiming point. To find collision point of projectile fired from the artillery with the moving air target, we have presented the estimating technique for artillery aiming point. And we have analyzed the target probability of kill using Calton Hit function. Anti-air threat envelops are presented when the target velocity, position and the arrangement of four AAA are varying. Then we have compared the analyzed result using developed model with AEM model of MSA program.
This study is conducted to analyze the MZ generations characteristics as a key topic within the Korean society these days. To achieve this goal, this study explores the MZ generations characteristics by examining the previous studies including books, papers, and news articles. In addition, this study utilizes network analysis and text mining techniques to identify the main characteristics of the Millennial, or the “MZ” generation. Our analysis draws from a multiplicity of academic and journalistic literature including the Bigkinds database provided by the Korea Press Foundation, which creates a timeseries database from July 2019 to August 2021. The analytical results showed that ‘targeting’ and ‘communication’ were the outcomes of the co-currence network analysis, and five topics were suggested as significantly relevant for those born in this generation (1990’s). For text mining, when using the same methodology the keywords ‘youth’ and ‘justice’ were the results of this approach, as well as six topics which were deemed as significantly relevant. This study further visualizes the above analyses with word-clouds based on news articles from Korean and international sources such as personal social network services (instagram, Naver blog), foreign media(The Guardian), and international academic studies (100 papers). Based on our findings, this study suggests implications for HR/organization fields, particularly regarding the organizational justice theory. The theoretical and practical implications, as well as the limitations of the study are also discussed.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
