Plating battery electrodes typically deliver higher specific capacity values than insertion or conversion electrodes because the ion charge carriers represent the sole electrode active mass, and a host electrode is unnecessary. However, reversible plating electrodes are rare for electronically insulating nonmetals. Now, a highly reversible iodine plating cathode is presented that operates on the redox couples of I2/[ZnIx(OH2)4−x]2−x in a water‐in‐salt electrolyte. The iodine plating cathode with the theoretical capacity of 211 mAh g−1 plates on carbon fiber paper as the current collector, delivering a large areal capacity of 4 mAh cm−2. Tunable femtosecond stimulated Raman spectroscopy coupled with DFT calculations elucidate a series of [ZnIx(OH2)4−x]2−x superhalide ions serving as iodide vehicles in the electrolyte, which eliminates most free iodide ions, thus preventing the consequent dissolution of the cathode‐plated iodine as triiodides.

The deterioration of grassland ecology is threatening the livelihood of herdsmen and increasing their rates of poverty. This study aims to explore the characteristics of herdsmen’s livelihood and the impact of livelihood capital and environmental perception on livelihood strategy selection. Based on 453 herdsmen households in the Province of Gansu and Qinghai, five types of livelihood capital were measured under the sustainable livelihoods framework. The influence of herdsmen’s livelihood capital on their decisions regarding their livelihood strategies was evaluated in multiple logistic functions. Meanwhile, hierarchical regression analysis and grouping regression methods were used to explore the moderating effects of two dimensions of environmental perception: ecological consciousness and sense of responsibility. The following results were obtained: First, all types of livelihood capital have a significant influence on the livelihood diversification of herdsmen; second, the direction and strength of these effects differ among types of livelihood capital. Moreover, environmental perception played a negative moderating role in the relationship between herdsmen’s livelihood capital and livelihood strategies. Therefore, it is expected to introduce policies ensuring the development of herdsmen’s livelihood capital and improve their environmental cognition, which can help realize the coordinated economic and ecological development of grassland.
Abstract. Although the exhibition occupation education in China started relatively late, but it is developing very fast. In the crucial period of its development, as a new opportunity and challenge to occupation education, how to meet market demand for professionals, avoid education risk and training technical personnel characteristic, the reasonable exhibition occupation education has become a hot topic. Based on the multiple intelligence theory, this paper will give an specific intelligence characteristics analysis for students who involved in the exhibition professional study, and according to the requirements of practitioners in the market experience, puts forward a new multiple intelligence thinking and planning on exhibition occupation education model, as one of practical application in China's Occupation education system.
