Sulfur dioxide (SO 2 ) plays significant roles in regulating cell apotosis and inflammation. However, there are complex interactions between small biomolecules in cells, and the identification of these coexisting biomarkers remains a challenge. Herein, we report an AND logic gate based fluorescent probe (NY-Lyso), operating by responding to pH differences between organelles in cell and selectively reacting with bisulfite (HSO 3 − ). This approach allows the fluorescence of the probe to remain silent under neutral or alkaline conditions, notably, is activated by costimulation of lower pH and bisulfite. Furthermore, it was confirmed to be biocompatible and could be employed to monitor HSO 3 − in lysosomes of living cells. The proposed method demonstrated more practical and outstanding capabilities in targeted and real-time monitoring, providing an effective optical tool for biomarker sensing.

A novel and efficient regioselective C-H fluorination of 8-aminoquinoline amides and sulfonamides at the C5 position was achieved. Using Selectfluor as a "F" reagent and HOAc as an additive, the reaction proceeds smoothly via a radical pathway. This method features metal-free conditions, a broad substrate scope and operational simplicity.

In order to study the interaction between polymer and plasticizers in solid propellant and their underlying mechanisms, molecular dynamics (MD) simulations with compass force field were performed to investigate the Hydroxy Terminated PolyEther (HTPE) polymer and some energetic plasticizers including Nitroglycerin (NG)/Butanetriol Trinitrate (BTTN) mixture, bis (2, 2-Dintropropyl) acetal (BDNPA)/bis (2, 2-Dinitropropyl) formal (BDNPF) mixture and N-butyl-N-(2-nitroxy-ethyl) nitramine (Bu-NENA). Also, the mechanical properties for HTPE polymer containing energetic plasticizers were theoretically and experimentally studied. It was shown that the HTPE polymer is miscible with all involved energetic plasticizers which can improve the mechanical property of HTPE polymer. The order of binding energies between HTPE and energetic plasticizers are found to be HTPE/Bu-NENA> HTPE/BDNPA/BDNPF> HTPE/NG/BTTN.

The compatibility of poly(3-nitromethyl-3-methyloxetane) (PNIMMO) with some energetic materials are studied by using pressure DSC method in detail. Cyclotetramethylenetetranitroamine (HMX), cyclotrimethylenetrinitramine (RDX), nitrocellulose (NC), nitroglycerine (NG), N-nitrodihydroxyethylaminedinitrate (DINA), and aluminum powder (Al) are used as common energetic materials, and 3,4-dinitrofurzanfuroxan (DNTF), 1,3,3-trinitroazetidine (TNAZ), hexanitrohexazaisowurtzitane (CL-20), 4,6-dinitro-5,7-diaminobenzenfuroxan (CL-14), 1,1-diamino-2,2-dinitroethylene (DADNE), and 4-amino-5-nitro-1,2,3-triazole (ANTZ) are used as new energetic materials. The results show that the binary systems of PNIMMO with HMX, RDX, NC, NG, DINA, Al, CL-14 and DADNE are compatible, with TNAZ, CL-20 and ANTZ are slightly sensitive, and with DNTF is sensitive.

An efficient metal-free cyanoalkylation of 8-aminoquinoline and aniline-derived amides was achieved in the presence of K2S2O8. The method showed good substrate tolerance and also suitable for bromination and dimerization reactions.

Nano-graphene-based energetic materials, as a new type of composite energetic materials such as desensitizer and combustion catalyst, have attracted extensive attention from energetic researchers. In this paper, the preparation of nano-graphene-based energetic materials, the desensitization effect of nano-graphene-based on energetic compounds, the thermal decomposition and combustion behavior of the materials are reviewed. Meanwhile, the existing problems and future development of nano-graphene-based energetic compounds are discussed.
