Fleksibilitas pada tubuh manusia merupakan rentang kemampuan sendi atau sekelompok sendi tertentu dalam kesatuan fungsional untuk bergerak maksimal secara lancar dan bebas rasa sakit. Fleksibilitas lumbal merupakan salah satu faktor terpenting yang menunjang aktivitas gerak manusia sehari – hari, seperti berjalan dan membungkuk. Penurunan fleksibilitas lumbal terjadi seiring dengan bertambahnya usia manusia, hal ini juga dipengaruhi oleh keluhan musculoskeletal lainnya yang berkaitan seperti nyeri punggung bawah. Pengrajin tenun umumnya memiliki keluhan nyeri punggung bawah, dikarenakan faktor posisi dan durasi kerjanya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan keluhan nyeri punggung bawah dengan fleksbilitas lumbal pada pengrajin songket di Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain cross sectional menggunakan teknik total sampling. Subjek penelitian adalah 31 pengrajin tenun di Kota Palembang. Fleksibilitas punggung bawah diukur menggunakan metode Sit and Reach Test. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Korelasi Gamma. Penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat hubungan bermakna antara nyeri punggung bawah dengan fleksbilitas lumbal pada pengrajin songket (p=0.022). Pada penelitian didapatkan nilai fleksibilitas lumbal dibawah normal sejumlah 11 orang yang terdiri atas subjek berjenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 9 orang (29.03%) dan subjek berusia 18-27 tahun sebanyak 8 orang (25.80%).
