Rapid increasing cases of Monkeypox infections in countries around the world, forcing medical professionals to be prepared to prevent it becoming the next global pandemic. We conducted the study to determine knowledge, attitude, and perception of doctors regarding preparedness for 2022 human monkeypox infection. This cross-sectional design research was conducted on 2-5 of August 2022, by circulating an online survey link to all internal medicine residents at the medical faculty of Universitas Sriwijaya, Dr. Mohammad Hoesin hospital Palembang Indonesia. The survey contained questions about the respondent's characteristics, knowledge, attitudes and perceptions about Monkeypox infection. A total of 75 residents agreed and completed the survey and were analyzed, with a mean age of 31 years, and 49 men (65.3%). Respondents’ knowledge of monkeypox is not very good. Almost all respondents knew that monkeypox was transmitted by direct contact, but only 53.4% knew that monkeypox was not transmitted airborne, 34.7% not sexually, and only 18.7% answered correctly that there was no specific therapy. The percentage who answered in doubt ranged from 20-30%. Respondents' attitudes and perceptions were quite good. Almost all equipped themselves with personal protective equipment and try to find information about monkeypox by attending seminars, downloading guidelines and reading online articles. A total of 58 people (77.3%) were willing to be vaccinated against monkeypox. Residents must increase the correct knowledge about this disease in order to be able to manage appropriately if they encounter cases of monkeypox infection.

Kanker leher rahim atau disebut juga kanker serviks adalah sejenis kanker yang 99,7% disebabkan oleh human papilloma virus (HPV) onkogenik, yang menyerang leher rahim. Kelompok berisiko untuk terjadinya kanker serviks adalah wanita di atas usia 30 tahun yang memiliki banyak anak dan dengan perilaku menjaga kesehatan reproduksi yang masih kurang. Kebiasaan gonta ganti pasangan seksual merupakan salah satu faktor utama penularan virus HPv penyebab kanker serviks ini terjadi. Di Indonesia hanya 5 persen yang melakukan penapisan kanker leher rahim, sehingga 76,6 persen pasien ketika terdeteksi sudah memasuki Stadium Lanjut (IIIB ke atas), karena kanker leher rahim biasanya tanpa gejala apapun pada stadium awalnya. Penapisan dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan tes Pap smear dan juga Inspeksi Visual Asam Asetat (IVA). Di negara berkembang, penggunaan secara luas program pengamatan leher rahim mengurangi insiden kanker leher rahim yang invasif sebesar 50% atau lebih. Pada kegiatan ini akan dilakukan penyuluhan kepada kelompok berisiko tentang kesehatan organ reproduksi wanita. Isi dari penyuluhan memuat pengetahuan mengenai pengertian kanker serviks, gejala, faktor risiko dan juga cara pencegahannya. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan akan disaring peserta penyuluhan yang bersedia untuk diikutkan dalam pemeriksaan skrining kanker serviks melalui metode IVA (Inspeksi Visual Asam asetat) pada hari berikutnya. Tujuan pemeriksaan ini adalah untuk memastikan bahwa tidak ditemukannya kelainan pada serviks dan jika memang ditemukan adanya kelainan pada serviks (dengan berbagai stadium) dapat disarankan tindakan pencegahan lebih lanjut agar tidak berkembang menjadi kanker. Jika ditemukan pasien yang positif menderita kanker serviks juga akan diberikan saran agar segera memeriksaan diri ke rumahsakit untuk dilakukan penatalaksanaan segera.

Birthweight is the quality of maternal nutrition during pregnancy. In 2005, more than 20 million infants in the world (15.5% of all births) experienced low birth weight. Efforts to improve the survival of infants. Moringa oleifera leaf extract is a medicinal plant that plays roles to increase mother’s milk production. Determine the effect of Moringa leaf extracts supplementation to mamma alveolar diameter of breastfeeding maternal and weight of infant Wistar rat. This was a Completely Randomized Design, conducted in October-March 2018. The sample used were 24 pregnant rats, negative control (KN) given aquadest, positive control (KP+) Moloco 0.13 mg/g BW/day, treatment group I (KPI) dose 0,042 mole leaf extract and treatment group II (KPII) dose 0,168 mg/g BW/day. Data were analysed using ANOVA test 5% significance and continued by post hoc LSD (Least Significant Difference) test on SPSS program version 16. The results showed that in KPII, it was found that the increase of breast alveolar diameter and infants birth weight was higher than the other treatment groups. Infants weight gain is no difference between groups. Moringa leaf extracts to 14 effective periods of pregnancy to increase the size of an alveolar diameter of breast gland and birthweight in infants.

Exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months is a global strategies to promote the growth, development, health and survival of infants. Despite the many benefits of exclusive breastfeeding for infants, mothers, families and communities, the coverage is still low in many countries including Indonesia. Mother's milk is produced from the collaboration between mechanical stimulation of hormonal and nerve factors. One of the hormones that affects is the estrogen. The hormone estrogen is a sex hormone produced by the uterus to stimulate the growth of sex organs such as breasts and pubic hair and regulate the menstrual cycle. The hormone estrogen also plays a role to maintain the texture and function of the breast. Pregnancy in a woman, making the breast gland will be more developed by the influence of estrogen, somatomamotropin and prolactin hormones. The process is affected by the hormones estrogen and progesterone. Estrogen significantly stimulates the synthesis and release of pituitary hormone, this effect depends on the duration and dose of administration. In Indonesia, moringa plant is a local food that has the potential to be developed in culinary breastfeeding mothers because it contains phytosterol compounds that function to improve and facilitate the production of breast milk (laktogogum effect). This paper will discuss some of the facts about the effect of Moringaoleifera extract on prolactin levels in increasing the quantity and quality of breast milk in the breastfeeding process. The amount of nutrients in the Moringa leaf (Moringaoleifera) one such as phytosterol compounds (laktogogum effect) in increasing levels of pituitary hormone and iron hormones can have a positive impact on the health of the baby because breast milk is the most important and best natural baby food.

Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) is a health problem that was results from a work and reported form repetitious movement and awkward postures. The aim of this study is identifying MSDs on pedicab drivers and analyse the radiologic features of the spine (vertebral column) related to MSDs. The research was an observational study with 30 pedicab drivers in Palembang. Musculoskeletal disorders were identified from a Nordic questionnaire whereas other factors were measured using a self-data questionnaire, and anthropometric measurements. A radiologic feature of vertebral column was taken on X-Ray examination of thoracolumbalis spine on lateral and anteroposterior position. The results of this study show that there was a significance difference between lower back pain with lumbar spondylosis p-value = 0.042 (p <α). A pedalling position on pedicab drivers that involves some muscles and bones that manifested to a radiologic feature of spine especially at lumbar spondylosis.

The mandibular nerve is the largest branch of the trigeminal nerve. It innervates the mandibular teeth, gums, skin of the temporal region, ear, lower lip, the lower part of the face, muscles of mastication, and mucous membrane of the anterior 2/3 of the tongue. The mandibular nerve is the main pharyngeal nerve arch. The sensory and motor fibers in the mandibular nerve originate from two roots: the sensory root, which originates from the semilunar ganglion, and the motor root, which originates from the motor nucleus. The mandibular nerve has a mixture of sensory and motor nerves and motor and sensory functions. Face, cheeks and temples, oral cavity, teeth and gums, nasal cavity and sinuses, and temporomandibular joints and muscles. Trauma to the mandible can damage or tear the inferior alveolar nerve in the mandibular canal, causing sensory loss distal to the lesion. Local anesthesia of the inferior alveolar nerve is generally reserved for dental procedures. Local anesthetic injection into the oral mucosa on the medial side of the mandible can also involve the nearby lingual nerve, thus affecting the tongue and the inside of the mouth. The close connection between the submandibular canal and the lingual nerve is important in root canal infections and surgical procedures.
