Seorang guru perlu menguasai dan menerapkan keterampilan mengajar khususnya keterampilan variasi mengajar. Minat belajar siswa saat ini cenderung rendah dikarenakan ada beberapa faktor penyebab hal tersebut terjadi, salah satunya kurang nya guru dalam menguasai keterampilan mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pentingnya keterampilan mengajar guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif dengan melaksanakan kegiatan observasi dan wawancara pada salah satu sekolah Dasar di Kota Bandung. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa keterampilan variasi mengajar guru dapat berpengaruh pada minat belajar siswa, karena tanpa adanya keterampilan variasi yang dikuasai guru, pembelajaran akan cenderung monoton dan membosankan sehingga siswa kurang memahami materi yang disampaikan karena mereka merasa pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan kurang menarik baginya.
This study aims to describe the fulfillment of children's rights to get educational services during the Covid-19 emergency, describe appropriate character education to shape children's potential, and describe the concept of good and appropriate learning known as online mode during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted qualitatively using data collection techniques through observation. To analyze the data, the analysis was applied in the form of an interactive model through data collection, reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. To test its validity, it uses triangulation of sources and methods. The results of this study conclude that the importance of character education in developing children's potential to think and have a good heart, and to behave in accordance with Pancasila philosophy. This character education has three main functions. First, the function of forming and developing potential. Second, the function of repair and strengthening. And third, the filter function. Teachers as infrastructure are preparing learning strategies and learning content and providing learning management systems during the Covid-19 pandemic. The main role in developing children's potential is of course relying on parents and the home environment.
Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengelolaan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi (multiplatform), yang menjadi populer di Indonesia selama pandemi Covid-19. Selama pandemi Covid-19 pemerintah menginstruksikan seluruh sekolah di Indonesia untuk melakukan pembelajaran daring. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan peneliti sebagai sumber instrumen. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi kepustakaan berdasarkan sumber referensi dari buku dan artikel jurnal dengan kata kunci strategi pengelolaan pembelajaran berbaisis teknologi (multiplatform) di masa pandemi Covid-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlu banyak hal untuk menyesuaikan proses pembelajaran di masa pandemi Covid-19 diantaranya yaitu dengan mengelola pembelajaran dengan basis teknologi atau multiplatform. Dengan adanya multiplatform ini, diharapkan proses pembelajaran dapat lebih mudah dan efisien, baik oleh guru sebagai pendidik dan peserta didik sebagai subjek dalam proses belajar mengajar. Strategi yang digunakan selama ini beberapa sudah diterapkan, diantaranya yaitu dengan menggunakan platform atau media sosial yang dapat mendukung proses kegiatan belajar mengajar, diantaranya WhatsApp, YouTube, Google Classroom, dan lain sebagainya. Namun, masih terdapat kekurangan dalam penggunaannya karena masih butuhnya waktu penyesuaian dan beberapa tenaga pendidik, serta siswa yang belum sepenuhnya paham akan hal ini.AbstractThis study aims to analyze the technology-based learning management strategy (multiplatform), which became popular in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the government instructed all schools in Indonesia to conduct online learning. This research method is descriptive qualitative, with the researcher as the source of the instrument. Data collection techniques using literature studies based on reference sources from books and journal articles with the keywords technology-based learning management strategy (multiplatform) during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study results show that many things are needed to adjust the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic, including managing learning on a technology/multiplatform basis. With this multiplatform, it is hoped that the learning process can be easier and more efficient, both by teachers as educators and students as subjects in the teaching and learning process. Some of the strategies used so far have been implemented, including using platforms or social media that can support the teaching and learning process, including WhatsApp, YouTube, Google Classroom, etc. However, there are still shortcomings in its use because it still takes time to adjust, and some educators and students do not fully understand this.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemenuhan hak anak untuk mendapatkan layanan pendidikan selama darurat covid-19, mendeskripsikan pendidikan karakter yang tepat untuk membentuk potensi anak, dan mendeskripsikan konsep pembelajaran yang baik dan tepat yang dikenal dengan istilah moda daring selama pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi. Untuk menganalisis data menerapkan analisis berupa model interaktif melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk menguji keabsahannya menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Pentingnya pendidikan karakter dalam mengembangkan potensi anak agar berpikiran dan berhati baik, dan berperilaku sesuai dengan falsafah Pancasila. Pendidikan karakter ini memiliki tiga fungsi utama. Pertama, fungsi pembentukan dan pengembangan potensi. Kedua, fungsi perbaikan dan penguatan. Dan ketiga, fungsi penyaring. Guru sebagai infrastruktur adalah menyiapkan strategi pembelajaran dan konten belajar dan menyediakan learning management system selama pandemi covid-19 ini. Peran utama untuk mengembangkan potensi anak ini tentu mengandalkan orangtua dan lingkungan rumah.
