O presente artigo tem como objetivo central analisar dois desenhos realizados por alunos numa escola pública do Rio de Janeiro, num posicionamento frente ao Outro como possível caminho de sublimação aos condicionamentos efetuados pelo processo educativo. É no simbólico que esses desenhos ocupariam espaços escolares psíquicos discursivos. Eles querem dizer algo paraalém de meras representações sexuais. A Psicanálise aponta que há algo no modelo educacional, como representante da lei e das exigências sociais, que pode proporcionar uma inibição neurótica, uma das características presente nas neuroses. Concomitantemente, Freud indicou que as instituição(ões) e sociedade são conceitos indissociáveis, e que pode haver a possibilidade de exclusão do sujeito dentro de uma instituição regida por um saber, sendo assim, o discurso psicanalítico deve estar pronto a incluí-lo, mas sem palavras, como implicou Lacan, um discurso que coloca o saber no lugar da verdade, isto é, que trata do saber sobre a singularidade subjetiva em seu estado nascente, no próprio ato da palavra falada” (JORGE, 2005). Através da analise destes desenhos subversivos a psicanálise busca entender como esses aspectos são estabelecidos e como podem ser manejados pelo educador para potencializar o processo educativo.
