El estudio valora el riesgo financiero mediante un modelo probabilístico en las empresas de España, que, durante los años 2014, 2015 y 2016 reportaron información financiera ante la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV). Se realizó una depuración y análisis de los estados financieros de las empresas, para luego proceder a determinar riesgos financieros de liquidez, endeudamiento y recuperación de cartera mediante los cálculos de los indicadores correspondientes y con ellos determinar el riesgo financiero de cada empresa y por sector, posteriormente se validó el modelo aplicando un modelo Logit el cual permitió establecer la bondad, consistencia y confiabilidad del modelo. Entre los principales hallazgos el 46% de las empresas en el 2014, el 71% en 2015 y el 62% en el 2016 presentaron riesgo financiero, los sectores que más presentaron riesgo fueron los sectores de servicios, industrial, construcción y energético. Las pruebas estadísticas y econométricas, permitieron aceptar la hipótesis de trabajo que expresa que la liquidez, el endeudamiento y la cartera influyen negativamente sobre el riesgo financiero de las empresas.
The project characterized the SME entrepreneur and manager in three basic aspects: the management level, Financial and marketing, allowing proper context the problem and possible features. Among the results it found that SMEs companies analyzed were distributed 64.1 % small, 33.7 % medium, most concentrated in Manizales, Villamaria and Chinchiná respectively, which may be showing as business and economic development has been concentrated in the capital and surrounding municipalities, the main economic activity is the marketing, most companies surveyed spent more than 10 years in the market that show some business maturity.
