Objective: to map the scientific production on interprofessional relationships in health in the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic. Method: this is a scoping review performed in PubMed, Scopus, LILACS, CINAHL, Web of Science, Google Scholar and Science Direct databases, covering the period of publication in 2020, using the acronym PCC (Population = health professionals; Concept = interprofessional relationships; Context = health services) and respective search strategies. Results: fourteen scientific articles were selected and the content discussed in the manuscripts was standardized, analyzed and organized into categories of affinities and similarities of their results: 1 – Interprofessional collaboration; 2 – Collaborative practice; 3 – Interprofessional work; 4 – Interactive and interprofessional learning. Conclusion: the pandemic demanded quick and effective responses that were only possible through collaboration and interprofessionalism dimensions. Interprofessional work in health during the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic confirms the importance of interprofessional work and its dimensions for the provision of more comprehensive, resolute and safer health services.
Resumo Objetivo analisar relatos da vivência de pessoas idosas acerca de morarem sozinhos. Método clínico-qualitativo realizado junto a 18 pessoas idosas em uma cidade do interior do Rio Grande do Norte, Brasil, no período de setembro a dezembro de 2016. Na coleta de dados, realizou-se entrevista semidirigida com questões abertas, observação livre e auto-observação, simultaneamente. O material produzido foi analisado através da técnica qualitativa de análise de conteúdo descritas por Turato. Resultado Elaboraram-se quatro categorias, a saber: 1) Venturas e Desventuras de morar sozinho: escolhas ou imposições? 2) Redefinição de arranjos familiares: qual o lugar do idoso? 3) Sociabilidade e cuidados com a saúde: estratégias de enfrentamento da solidão? e 4) Desejo de transcendência e exercício da espiritualidade: mecanismos de resiliência? Mediante as categorias, identificaram-se sentimentos e vivências das pessoas idosas sobre morarem sozinhos, como acontece as relações familiares, além das perspectivas de cuidados que cultivam, as possíveis situações de necessidades ou dependência. Conclusão as experiências de morar sozinho para a pessoa idosa refletem diretamente as adaptações e desafios que permeiam o processo de envelhecimento, seja na realização de escolhas individuais, na conjugação das relações familiares, na tessitura cotidiana de sociabilidade e convívio interpessoal, ou mesmo na produção intersubjetiva do cuidado de si. Entende-se a necessidade de uma maior atenção e sensibilidade por parte dos profissionais e serviços de saúde a esse grupo, reconhecendo seus sentimentos, percepções e experiências como elemento estratégico para a garantia do atendimento psicossocial à pessoa idosa.
Objetivo: avaliar o conhecimento dos profissionais de enfermagem acerca do Suporte Básico. Método: estudo transversal, quanti-qualitativo, realizado em uma Unidade Mista de um município do interior do nordeste brasileiro, com 9 profissionais de enfermagem. Utilizou-se um questionário como instrumento de coleta. Os dados foram analisados e interpretados através da estatística descritiva simples. Resultados: os profissionais apresentam conhecimento sobre a temática, com uma taxa de acertos média/alta. A equipe segue alguns dos passos da sequência correta da Ressuscitação Cardiopulmonar. Os erros dizem respeito a quantidade, profundidade e o local correto das compressões torácicas. Além disso, foi constatado que o serviço não capacita os profissionais. Conclusão: sugere-se que os serviços de saúde implementem programas de educação permanente com a equipe de enfermagem visto que a construção de conhecimento reflete na melhoria da assistência à saúde, uma vez que o acesso à serviços de saúde de maior complexidade no interior são escassos.
