Introdução: O Transtorno do Déficit de Atenção/Hiperatividade (TDAH) é uma condição neurobiológica que afeta a atenção, o controle de impulsos e o comportamento motor dos indivíduos diagnosticados. A pandemia da Covid-19 influenciou as dimensões biopsicossociais dos indivíduos com TDAH. A compreensão das interferências nos diferentes aspectos desse transtorno torna-se relevante para oferecer qualidade de vida, manejo clínico e escolar adequado aos diagnosticados com TDAH. Objetivo: Descrever a rotina escolar e os principais fatores biopsicossociais enfrentados por crianças e adolescentes com TDAH durante a pandemia de Covid-19. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo e exploratório de abordagem qualitativa. A coleta de dados ocorreu entre os meses de janeiro e agosto de 2022, no município de Cascavel/PR, localizado na região Sul do Brasil. A amostra do estudo foi composta por três grupos: mães, professores e equipe pedagógica que conviveram com crianças e adolescentes diagnosticados com TDAH. Resultados: Os resultados evidenciaram que a pandemia de Covid-19 afetou a rotina escolar e as dimensões biopsicossociais dos pesquisados com TDAH. Os impactos incluem fatores biológicos, como sedentarismo, obesidade e suspensão de medicação sem orientação médica; psicológicos, como depressão e desgaste emocional familiar; fatores sociais, como o fechamento de escolas, interrupção de consultas e lazer ao ar livre. Conclusão: A categorização dos dados em fatores psicológicos, sociais e biológicos, permitiu uma análise das dimensões dos fenômenos, em relação à funcionalidade humana e aos contextos subjacentes dos conteúdos produzidos pelos participantes. Demonstrando a importância de políticas públicas multidisciplinares e suporte adequado para crianças e adolescentes com TDAH, especialmente em crises adversas.
