Acercarse a los objetos de estudio propios de la criminología requiere especialmente tener presente aspectos metodológicos. La relación entre la criminología y la metodología es compleja. Si bien existen métodos rigurosos que permiten reducir los sesgos y subjetividades propias de la investigación científico-social, persisten limitaciones y desafíos metodológicos sobre los que es necesario debatir. En criminología, estos adquieren una importancia especial cuando se abordan temas sensibles o cuando la población de estudio no es fácilmente localizable, como cuando se explora la relación entre inmigración y delincuencia. El objetivo de este artículo es discutir estos desafíos metodológicos a partir del Proyecto Delincuencia de inmigrantes asentados en Málaga. Los resultados evidencian desde la experiencia práctica, los desafíos y sesgos específicos de la investigación criminológica con población inmigrante. Con esta discusión se pretende contribuir a la reflexión sobre el proceso de investigación, un aspecto esencial para la evolución de las estrategias que permitan afrontar los desafíos que supone investigar en criminología.
Resumo: Este trabalho trata da diferenciação conceitual entre resultados de empresas mercantis (lucros) e os resultados de cooperativas (sobras). Esta diferença é importante na medida em que o tratamento dado aos dois tipos de resultados: lucros e sobras; tanto em termos conceituais quanto contábeis/tributários podem gerar algumas confusões e ações judiciais. O trabalho é eminentemente teórico e pretende contribuir para a construção da teoria cooperativista. Inicia-se com a definição de lucro e passa-se, posteriormente, à definição de sobras. Depois de definidos os termos, suas origens e destinos dentro das organizações, realizam-se comparações para apontar as diferenças. Como resultado percebe-se uma diferença significativa entre a origem e a aplicação dos resultados em empresas e cooperativas, ou seja, entre lucros e sobras.
