Unter den durch Candida albicans (C. a.) verursachten Hautaffektionen nimmt die Candidosis granulomatosa (C. gr.) eine Sonderstellung ein. Dieses seit 1950 (HAUSER und ROTHMAN) bekannte Krankheitsbild, das fast nur im Kindesalter auftritt, gilt als eine seltene Erkrankung. Es ist das Verdienst der oben erwahnten Autoren, die erste genaue Beschreibung dieses Leidens geliefert und den Beweis der Candida-Atiologie erbracht zu haben. Auch wurden von ihnen friiher beschriebene Falle erwahnt, die wahrscheinlidi hierher gehoren, jedoch mykologisch nicht verifiziert worden sind und daher eineii beschrankten Wert besitzen. I n letzter Zeit sind zwei ausfiihrliche Arbeiten iiber C. gr. erschienen (EZOLD und SCHONBORN, spater LANGE, PEVNY und STAIB), in denen das gesamte Schrifitum der etwa 40 beschriebenen Falle sorgfaltig zusammengestellt ist und auf welches hier verwiesen sei. I n unserer Arbeit werden nur noch einige weitere neue Beitrage zitiert. Die Candidosis granulomatosa kommt bei Erwachsenen sehr selten vor. Die schr wenigen ini Schrifitum niedcrgelegten Angaben (KLEINE-NATROP u. a.) sind nicht geeignet, ein Vollbild dieses Prozesses zu liefern, dahcr wird dieses Problem hier auger Acht gelassen.
