Von den Autoren werden Rezepturen fiir DStgerichte ausgearbeitet, in denen das Fett ausschliel3lich oder teilweise durch MKT ersetzt ist oder bei denen MKT zur Kalorienanreicherung der fettarmen Grunddiat dient. Die MKT-Diaten sind nicht nur zur Therapie fiir stationire Patienten geeignet, sondern auch fur die ambulante Behandlung.

Heute stehen diese Fette bereits in beliebiger Menge bei relativ mail3igem Preis und befriedigendem Geschmack zur Verfugung.
