Es wird über die Bildung der bisher nicht zugänglichen silylierten Diphosphane sowie über die von ihnen abgeleiteten PH‐haltigen Derivate und Li‐Phosphide berichtet. Es sind die Verbindungen (Me3Si)2 PP(SiMe3)(CMe3) 1, (Me3Si)2PP(CMe3)2 2 und (Me3C)2PP(SiMe3)(CMe3) 4. Durch Umsetzung mit MeOH bildet sich aus 1 (Me3Si)2PP(CMe3)H 6, aus 4 (Me3C)2PP(CMe3) H 7, aus (Me3C)(Me3Si)PP(SiMe3)(CMe3) 3, (Me3C)(Me3Si)PP(CMe3) H 8. Die Reaktion von 1, 2, 3, 4 mit LiBu führt zu den Li Phosphiden Li(Me3Si)PP(SiMe3)(CMe3) 10 (aus 1), Li(Me3Si)PP(CMe3)2 11 (aus 2), Li(Me3C)PP(SiMe3)(CMe3) 12 (aus 3), Li(Me3C)PP(CMe3)2 13 (aus 4). 13 ist präparativ besser darzustellen aus H(Me3C)PP(CMe3)2 mit LiBu. Die Einführung einer CMe3‐Gruppe in 1 genügt, um gegenüber dem vollsilylierten Diphosphan das etherbeständige Li Phosphid 10 zu erhalten.
