Zusammenfassung
Hintergrund:
Die vorliegende Arbeit untersucht die Bedeutung des Migrationshintergrundes und der Schichtzugeh?rigkeit f?r den Behandlungserfolg in der psychosomatischen Rehabilitation.
Material und Methoden:
Die Symptombelastung von 290 deutschst?mmigen und 91 Patienten mit Migrationshintergrund wurden zu Beginn und bei Beendigung ihrer Behandlung erfasst. Weiter lagen Diagnosen und die Einsch?tzung des Leistungsbildes vor.
Ergebnisse:
Das Behandlungsergebnis der psychosomatischen Rehabilitation ist mit sozio?konomischen Faktoren assoziiert. Der Einfluss des Migrationshintergrund ist demgegen?ber deutlich geringer als erwartet. Eine Interaktion zwischen Schichtzugeh?rigkeit, Migrationshintergrund und Rehabilitationsergebnis konnte nicht nachgewiesen werden.
Schlussfolgerung:
Die Kontextfaktoren der Rehabilitanden m?ssen im Rahmen des therapeutischen Angebots in der psychosomatischen Rehabilitation deutlich mehr beachtet werden.
