En pratique, tous nos essais ont etk realises en introduisant un bromure d'alkyle, ou parfois un iodure d'alkyle, en lkger ex& (lo%), dans le melange provenant de l'action, au sein de l'ammoniac liquide, d'un hydroxy-o-alkyne-1 (1 mol) sur de l'amidure de lithium (2 mol).Alkylation d'alcools 8-acktylkniques vrais. -Les divers alcools P-acetyleniques substituks que nous avons obtenus en alkylant des hydroxy-balkynes-1 figurent dans le Tableau 1.Nous remarquons que le rendement de la reaction d'alkylation depend Ctroitement du type d'alcool utilisk: assez ClevC dans le cas d'un alcool primaire (65-70%), il diminue un peu quand on passe a un alcool secondaire (50-60%); il devient moyen et meme parfois faible dans le cas d'un alcool tertiaire (30-60%). A noter que dans ce dernier cas, malgrk le lkger ex& (10%) d'agent alkylant mis en ceuvre, il reste souvent une quantitk notable d'hydroxy-co-alkyne-1; l'addition de diniethylsulfoxyde ou d'hexamkthylphosphotriamide au derive dilithit de l'hydroxy-o-alkyne-1 avant d'introduire l'agent alkylant n'apporte pratiquement pas d'amelioration. L'emploi d'iodures d'alkyle ii la place de bromures entraine parfois une legere augmentation du rendement mais cet effet ne semble pas systkmatique.Dans tous les cas, les alcools ainsi prepares sont trks pun: en particulier, nous n'avons jamais observe la formation des ethers-oxydes qui resulteraient d'une double alkylation sur l'atome de carbone et sur l'atome de l'oxygene.Cette rkaction d'alkylation permet d'atteindre facilement des alcools P-acktyleniques substitues primaires alors que l'action d'un derive mktallique d'un alkyne-1 sur l'oxyde d'ethylene se fait le plus souvent avec un assez faible rendement [ 111
