Ao conceber a literatura como meio de representação e de compreensão do eu e do mundo, entende-se que o cruzamento dessa arte com outras linguagens artísticas pode corroborar um espaço formativo ainda mais plural, no que tange a formação dos sujeitos, dentro ou fora do ambiente escolar. Nesse sentido, este trabalho objetiva compreender como o diálogo da literatura com outras artes pode constituir um espaço formativo de fomento à leitura literária e quais suas implicações na formação leitora do sujeito. Os relatos aqui apresentados foram tecidos a partir da aplicação da oficina “Literatura e Outras Artes”, na Casa Santa Luzia, em Jacobina/BA, produto do componente curricular Estágio Supervisionado II, da Universidade do Estado da Bahia (UNEB) – Campus IV. A metodologia utilizada foi a Cartografia, pautada na abordagem qualitativa, num movimento de intervenção e pesquisa concomitantemente. A Cartografia – como metodologia de pesquisa emergente no campo social e aplicada em contextos de investigação na área da Educação – permitiu-nos mapear os processos formativos dos sujeitos participantes das oficinas aplicadas, no que tange aos conhecimentos literários e à sua formação leitora. A abordagem teórica está imersa nos estudos de Paulo Freire (1989), Rildo Cosson (2012), Roxane Rojo (2009), dentre outros, para discutir, respectivamente: O ato de ler; letramento literário; multiletramentos e múltiplas linguagens. Os resultados reverberam a relevância do diálogo da literatura com outras artes no fomento a leitura literária e processos formativos do sujeito, assim como compreender as vivências e experiências dos participantes desta pesquisa com a leitura e literatura.
