Resumo ste artigo oportuniza a denominação arranjos produtivos locais, oriunda da economia industrial e da geografia econômica, quando pensada, também, co-arranjos institucionais, tema explorado nas ciências políticas e no planejamento do desenvolvimento regional. Ambas as denominações são tidas, na maioria das vezes, como extremos opostos. Tem-se como objetivo discutir arranjos socioprodutivos de base comunitária, partindo da complementaridade dos conceitos arranjos produtivos locais e arranjos institucionais, sob a perspectiva da socioeconomia. Ilustra-se com o caso da Mondragón Corporação Cooperativa, considerado paradigma da economia cooperativa. Vale-se de pesquisa bibliográfica sobre gestão interorganizacional, sob o enfoque sociopolítico e socioprodutivo, e de pesquisa exploratória sobre a experiência do cooperativismo de Mondragón (Comunidade Autônoma Basca, Espanha).
Abstracthis article uses the concept of Locals Productives Arrangements, deriving denomination from Industrial Economy and Geographic Economy, when thought as institutional arrangements, subject explored in sciences politics and regional development planning. The objective is to argue the Locals Productives Arrangements as institutional arrangements, originating the term socioproductive arrangements of communitarian base, illustrating with the case of Mondragón Cooperative Complex, considered cooperative economy paradigm. It uses bibliographical research on interorganizacional management under the sociopolitics and socioproductives approaches and exploratory research under the historical experience of Mondragón's Cooperativism (Vasca Independent Community in Spain).
