Kata Kunci: rekam medis elektronik, keamanan data, kriptografi, cyber-security Abstract: Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is one of the breakthroughs of the use of information technology in healthcare aims to facilitate health services. The number of healthcare providers utilizing EMR, which must be considered not only the problem of data migration from conventional to digital but also how to secure data on EMRs that privacy issues have not been adequately addressed and handled making the process of this EMR. To solve the problem, the researcher made a literature review of data security techniques in 20 articles proceedings and journals. Data security techniques that are often used as an effort to secure data is cryptography, firewall, and access control.
Complications are the factors that determine the length of the day of treatment of diabetes mellitus patients in the hospital such as hypertension, stroke, coronary heart disease, cholesterol, obesity and others. This study aims to analyze differences in Length of Stay (LOS) of patients with diabetes mellitus based on complications in RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta. This research is an analytic observational quantitative research with cross sectional design. The population is all people with diabetes mellitus from year 2011-2016 recorded in electronic medical record. All the population used as research sample that is as many as 1,554 people. Independent variables in this study were hypertension, nephropathy, neuropathy, obesity, CHD, stroke, and pulmonary TB. Dependent variable is Length of Stay or long treatment of diabetes mellitus patient. Data analysis was performed using Independent T test. Diabetes mellitus patients at RSUP Dr. Sardjito year 2011-2016 amounted to 1,554 people with a trend that tends to decline. Most patients were aged 56-63 years (27.86%). The incidence of diabetes mellitus is dominated by type 2 with the highest complications being hypertension, nephropathy, and neuropathy. Based on the result of statistical test, there is a significant difference between the average LOS between patients with diabetes mellitus who have hypertension complications with non-hypertensive (p-value = 0.00), neuropathy with non-neuropathy (p-value = 0.00), coronary heart disease with which is not coronary heart disease (p-value = 0.035), and stroke with non-stroke (p-value = 0.032). Conclusions: There is significant difference in mean LOS among patients with diabetes mellitus who have complications of hypertension, neuropathy, coronary heart disease, and stroke with no complications of the disease.
Organic waste that accumulates often disturbs the comfort and causes disease. The waste management system at the Medan Johor Market is still not good because there are no adequate trash cans, organic waste and non-organic waste are not separated, waste disposal at the TPA uses an open dumping system and no reprocessing has been carried out. The purpose of this community service activity is to empower the community through increased participation in waste management using the "MUSE" (Let's Turn Waste into Eco-enzyme) method". This activity was carried out in the form of socialization and direct training to 18 participants of the Karang Taruna District of Medan Johor in the Suka Maju Village Hall. The resource person explained the material using lecture and discussion methods, and then participants directly practiced making Eco-enzymes. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest analysis using the Paired Sample T-Test test, it was obtained that p-value=0.001 and the average knowledge score of 12.78 (pretest) increased to 16.22 (posttest) so that there was an increase in participants' knowledge about the meaning, manufacturing method, benefits of Eco enzymes and is able to process organic waste, especially vegetable and fruit waste into useful products.
