Objetivo: Compreender como a espiritualidade é incorporadapelos integrantes da equipe do Programa de Internação Domiciliar Interdisciplinar (pidi) Oncológico no cuidado paliativo.Metodologia: Estudo de abordagem qualitativa, descritivae exploratória, fundamentada na Teoria Histórico-Cultural deVygotsky. Compuseram a pesquisa todos os integrantes da equipe interdisciplinar, totalizando oito sujeitos. Os dados foram coletados por meio da técnica de grupo focal, com cinco encontros realizados durante o período de fevereiro a maio de 2009, nos quais contou-se com a participação de dois observadores. Resultados: Emergiram dois temas: Cuidados paliativos e aespiritualidade e A espiritualidade e o processo de morrer. Os profissionais relacionaram a espiritualidade como forma de promover reflexão e aceitação da morte e sua relevância nas ações paliativistas.Conclusão: Podemos perceber que esta equipe mostrou-se disposta a compreender e adotar a espiritualidade durante a execução dos cuidados paliativos das pessoas em processo de morrer.
RESUMO: O estudo de natureza qualitativa, descritiva e exploratória objetivou conhecer o processo de trabalho dos enfermeiros de um Hospital Universitário de Múrcia -Espanha. Participaram oito enfermeiros, os quais desenvolviam atividades assistenciais e de gestão. As informações foram obtidas no período de novembro de 2011 a janeiro de 2012 por meio de auto-observação e descrição, pelos próprios enfermeiros, em relação ao entendimento sobre seu processo de trabalho. Os textos produzidos foram enviados por e-mail para o grupo de pesquisadores e os dados analisados a partir da análise temática, emergindo os temas: a importância da passagem de plantão enquanto tecnologia de cuidado e ações dos enfermeiros com vistas ao desenvolvimento de uma tecnologia do cuidado. Evidenciou-se que o enfermeiro atua como pilar no processo de trabalho, assumindo responsabilidades em busca de tecnologias para executar o cuidado. Objective: identifying if the spirituality helps the oncologic patients in their terminality process. Methodology: this is about an exploratory and descriptive study, from qualitative approach, performed five patient that were in palliative treatment for the program of oncologic internment home at a small ville in south from Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil. Data were collected from April to May 2008, by interviews recorded using a semistructured script. This study was approved by the Committee of Ethics in Research of the Hospital Santa Casa (009/2008). Results: data analysis revealed the knowledge of a terminal disease, with the perception of this and the terrain and divine senses for the cancer diagnosis; spirituality in the process of dying, in their internal and external aspects. Conclusion: it was considered that the study just made possible understand that the spirituality helps these people in their terminality process; also to propitiate the professional nurse a glance humanized for the spirituality of the oncologic patient.
