The main purpose of the study is to characterize and analyze the characteristics of the creative and innovative potential of students and future education managers. The preparation of future education managers for professional development and creative activity in educational institutions is an urgent issue of higher education. Along with scientific qualifications in the activities of education managers, the professional component is becoming increasingly important, which needs constant updating, replenishment and improvement of psychological, pedagogical, managerial knowledge, skills and abilities, personal qualities, development of abilities and creative potential. In this regard, it is important to study the activities of the education manager and, on this basis, determine the requirements for the system of his professional training. As a result of the study, the features of the creative and innovative potential of students and future education managers were identified.
У статті розкрито особливості формування комунікативної компетентності вихователя дітей дошкільного віку, що передбачає сформованість у нього комунікативно значущих особистісних рис, яскраво виражену гуманістичну схильність до спілкування з вихованцями, володіння системою інтегрованих професійно-мовленнєвих умінь та комунікативних якостей. Акцентовано увагу на створенні сприятливих умов для реалізації міжособистісної комунікації з дошкільниками. Проаналізовано складові комунікативної компетентності (мовну, мовленнєву, лінгвістичну, літературну, фольклорну, культурознавчу, риторичну, методичну компетенції).Ключові слова: комунікативна компетентність вихователя, складові комунікативної компетентності, комунікативні вміння й навички, комунікативні здібності, діти дошкільного віку. Акцентировано внимание на создании благоприятных условий для реализации межличностной коммуникации с дошкольниками. Проанализированы составляющие коммуникативной компетентности (языковую, речевую, лингвистическую, литературную, фольклорную, культуроведческую, риторическую, методическую компетенции).Ключевые слова: коммуникативная компетентность воспитателя, составляющие коммуникативной компетентности, коммуникативные умения и навыки, коммуникативные способности, дети дошкольного возраста.
The main purpose of the study is to analyze the neuropsychological and neurolinguistic foundations of speech activation in the educational process. Human speech activity is closely connected with all spheres of human consciousness. The history of the existence of mankind has proved that it is speech that is an important factor in the mental development of the individual and the improvement of social relations. Under the influence of speech, consciousness, mental operations, volitional and emotional spheres develop, and the intellectual capabilities of a person are enriched. Broadcasting as a psychological phenomenon is one of the most difficult in the life of each of us. Speech activity has its own physiological mechanisms, which are determined not only at the functional, but also at the morphological level. Based on the results of the study, key aspects of the neuropsychological and neurolinguistic foundations of speech activation in the educational process were considered.
<p>W badaniu została przedstawiona istota wychowania estetycznego dzieci w starszym wieku przedszkolnym, co przewiduje kształtowanie zdolności dostrzegania, odczuwania oraz zrozumienia piękna w życiu i sztuce, chęci brania udziału w przetwarzaniu otaczającego świata według zasad piękna, rozwoju kompetencji artystycznej i estetycznej (komponent: emocjonalnie-zmysłowy, poznawczy, praktyczny, wartościowy, twórczy). Dokonano analizy treści wychowania estetycznego przedszkolaków, rozumiejąc je jako: kształtowanie u dzieci estetycznego stosunku do rzeczywistości i estetycznej działalności, opanowanie podstaw kultury estetycznej, rozwój estetycznego dostrzegania świata, estetycznych uczuć, pomysłów i opinii, estetycznego gustu itp. Stosowny czas początku komunikowania się z dziełami sztuki, wprowadzenie dziecka do świata piękna i harmonii to ważne zadania wychowania estetycznego. Piękno jest nierozerwalnie połączone z dobrocią, to ono uszlachetnia życie, inspiruje do dobrego postępowania. Dorosły pomaga odnaleźć, odczuć oraz zrozumieć piękno poezji, muzyki, plastyki, a poprzez sztukę pozwala głębiej uświadomić sobie wszystko, co otacza dziecko: przyrodę, przedmioty, pracę, dziedzictwo duchowe. Poziom artystycznie-estetycznego rozwoju starszego przedszkolaka ujawnia się w odczuciu zadowolenia z procesu oraz wyników twórczej działalności artstyczno-estetycznej. Rozwój ten jest spowodowany wpływem sztuki na: podwyższenie poziomu podstaw kultury estetycznej osobowości dziecka, ukształtowanie estetycznych cech i zdolności, estetycznego doświadczenia oraz estetycznego traktowania otaczającego świata, procesu i wyników własnej twórczości.</p>
