Abstract. Introduction. The main task of management in any modern organization is to find competent and qualified employees, to inspire a single goal, to rally them to achieve high economic and social results, to survive in difficult market conditions, sometimes in crisis. In management, the peculiarities of work with personnel are reflected in the personnel policy. It should be noted that this term has been used for a long time, but not every top manager can answer questions related to personnel policy. Purpose. The purpose of the article, to answer the questions: what personnel policy includes; what is the procedure for developing personnel policy in the organization, what personnel strategy and personnel policy have in common. Results. Personnel policy should be developed by the owners, top management and personnel service of the organization (enterprise). The most important direction of personnel policy is the work with the reserve of managerial personnel. Professional promotion of employees in organizations (enterprises) is based on the consideration of professional and business qualities of the employee, the results of evaluation of his work. As practice shows, there is no single point of view on the definition of the concept and essence of personnel policy. But, on the other hand, the variety of approaches to its development only creates opportunities for its justification, revision, development and improvement. Conclusions. The most effective personnel policy, bringing success to the organization. Relevance of the topic is obvious, if you not only know, but also understand, that the personnel is a key strategic resource of any company. How to be able to masterfully manage them in a difficult market relationship, so that they become a "flame engine" of the mechanism to achieve profit? There is no single answer, as there is no and can not be the same personnel policy. It can be right, which will be evidence of the effective development of the organization in the strategic perspective and wrong, which will lead to the collapse in the end.
The category "efficiency" occupies an important place in all fields of knowledge and spheres of human activity without exception. The problem of efficiency assessment occupies an important place in the system of analysis of enterprise activity, therefore this problem is of great importance. Consideration of the main aspects of evaluating the efficiency of the enterprise in modern conditions is of great theoretical and practical interest. The traditional and most popular topic among economic studies, namely the category of "efficiency", has not found a unified interpretation among scientists. The article defines the role of evaluating the effectiveness of the enterprise's functioning. The integral method was considered and indicators of the efficiency of the enterprise's functioning were determined. For forecasting, planning the development of the enterprise and making effective decisions, it is necessary to have objective information about the probability of achieving certain goals in various spheres of activity. Obtaining a comprehensive, integral assessment based on the use of the economic category "enterprise potential" is a particularly important factor that reflects the possibility of achieving the set goals under certain conditions. The integral evaluation method is effective when it is necessary to take into account the influence of factors on economic processes, it helps to avoid the ambiguity of the evaluation of the influence of factors and to obtain the most accurate result. In many cases, a complex integral assessment is defined as the only possible one, since as a result of conducting various types of analysis, large arrays of different information are obtained, the assessment of which in aggregate is quite problematic, and the construction of a single integral indicator will allow taking into account the influence of various factors on economic processes. Thus, the issue of highlighting the methodology of integral assessment of the efficiency of the enterprise's functioning for a more accurate picture of its condition and the identification of the main critical areas that should be paid attention to in order to improve them is being updated.
The main purpose of the article is to substantiate the optimal pricing strategy using a modified econometric model, to develop an algorithm for modeling the price of industrial products and to determine the projected sales volumes at the initial stage of market entry. The methodological basis of the study was the scientific provisions on the need for the process of developing a pricing strategy, the importance of which is especially great, given that the competent justification of the price level determines the profitability of the enterprise and its financial stability, its competitive position and the effectiveness of the leading marketing strategy. The Rogers variational model was modified for new product positions, and the model was empirically tested on an analytical product sample. The practical importance is based on the possibility of forecasting and analytical support for the introduction of new product groups by the enterprise to the market and the calculation of the optimal parameters of the pricing strategy. A mechanism for constant updating of the parameters of the proposed analytical model and changing the price policy accordingly has been formed. The work forms an applied model of choice and economic feasibility of the optimal pricing strategy of an industrial enterprise. Future research should focus on developing an appropriate diffusion model that incorporates the impact of competition in forming optimal pricing.
