The article "Economic Mechanism for Managing Strategic Development of Territorial Communities" focuses on the problems of forming a mechanism for managing strategic development of territorial communities. The purpose of the article is to determine the basics of the financial and economic mechanism regarding self-government and selffinancing of united territorial communities. The subject of research is the process of forming an economic mechanism for managing a territorial community, as a set of economic, legal levers and financial instruments, relationships and institutions that ensure the effective involvement of all resources (natural, human, transport, social structure, etc.) in the economic circulation in the system of a single economic complex of Ukraine.
Modern economics is a complex multi component system where management is aimed, first of all, at solving problems of optimal use of land, labor and material and technical resources in order to increase the efficiency of production.Land is the basis of agricultural development. If in all other branches of production land plays mainly a passive role, it is an active element in agriculture. In this branch, it is simultaneously an object of labor and a means of production due to which a man grows necessary crops.The purpose of the article is to analyze the use of land resources and determine indicators to improve of the efficiency of land resource potential for improving the management system of resource potential of enterprises.The conducted research made it possible to conclude that enterprise’s land resources are interdependent and interconnected and balanced optimal correlation between them opens up opportunities for developing an innovative economic system which is characterized by maximum productivity.As a result of the study, it has been established that the process of managing land resource potential of enterprises should be based on the use of a systematic approach, which involves evaluating land resource opportunities and their rational use in the conditions prevailing.The practical value of the research is to carry out an assessment of the land resource potential of enterprises on the basis of the use of the index estimation method. The evaluation of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of structural components of the land potential of the territory allows us to analyze the level of development of the regional economy, identify disparities between individual elements of the potential, as well as to define priority areas of regional policy in the field of land use.The assessment made it possible to determine main criteria for improving the efficiency and potential use of land resources of enterprises. As a basis the indicator of potential yields can be used.
The main feature of the work of hospitality workers is constant communication with people of different ages, social statuses, and sometimes nationalities. The culture of professional communication of service workers consists, first of all, in respectful attitude to the client, and also in ability to interact with the person irrespective of a situation. The professional ethics of the hospitality industry is based on professional knowledge, skills, moral norms and principles, as well as basic aspects of professional, social (including moral, pedagogical, political, diplomatic, internal, emotional) culture and professional etiquette. When visiting the guests of the institution, it is very important to match the manners, appearance, language, gestures and clothes. If employees violate their professional ethics, violate morality, forget about their professional standards, it leads to a negative image of the hotel and restaurant business. The ability to ethically, competently and meaningfully express an opinion, provide information to the client is a necessary and extremely important component of the communicative competence of employees in the hospitality industry. This component is the foundation of business processes of the industry, which is aimed at promoting and selling tourism products, hotel and restaurant services, sightseeing, spa and specialized services. In view of this, the skills of professional communication are of great importance in both international and international dialogue.
The purpose of the article is to substantiate the patterns of tourism development in Ukraine, formed under the influence of threats to the economic security of the industry, and outline the measures, the implementation of which will overcome the existing negative trends. The article outlines the tourism industry of Ukraine, given the financial and socio-economic crises of recent years, political instability, the war in the east, and the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, which pose threats and risks and affect the economic security of tourism, significantly loses of competition with other countries in the world. The survey proves that at the present stage, the key direction of modernization of the tourism sector is to ensure the safety of tourism by minimizing the impact of these threats on all participants in the tourism market and the industry as a whole. The conceptual apparatus of economic security of the tourism industry is characterized, threats to its stability and the ability of tourism enterprises to ensure stable results of activity and to occupy steady positions in the tourist market. Installed classification of factors threatening the economic security of the tourism industry on the basis of «level emergence» (megalevel, macrolevel, mesolevel). Generalized theoretical developments on counteracting threats and challenges to the economic security of the tourism industry by preventing and eliminating the impact of their negative effects on the development of this sector of the economy. The authors analyze the influence of external and internal destructive factors on tourism development. We found that modern threats have created conditions of increased risk in the tourism industry of Ukraine, which has led to a reduction in external tourist flows and contributed to the growth of demand for domestic tourism, which is less dependent on external factors. The authors of the article identified the need to form a special system for managing threats to the economic security of the tourism industry, both at the national level and at the level of individual tourism entities. The article substantiates that the set of circumstances created by the COVID-19 pandemic determined the emergence of new threats and dangers to the effective operation of the tourism industry. This necessitates a solution to the problem of ensuring a sufficient level of security for the development of tourism in the conditions of modern challenges. Research determines that in resolving a wide range of issues related to tourism development and ensuring its safety, an important role is given to the consolidated work of government agencies, the public, and businesses. It is proved that overcoming the existing negative trends in tourism, which were formed under the influence of threats to its economic security, will be possible with the active use of innovations, among which special attention should be paid to digital technologies and the information positioning of tourism in cyberspace.
The purpose of the study is to substantiate the significance and features of volunteer tourism for the social integration of forcibly displaced persons during the russian military invasion. The article proves that the challenges associated with the russian armed aggression against Ukraine necessitated the adoption of effective decisions aimed at social adaptation and integration into the public life of persons who, to avoid the negative consequences of war and temporary occupation, were forced to leave their place of residence and found temporary shelter in other regions of the country. It was determined that volunteer tourism occupies a special place among the measures that contribute to the social integration of forced migrants into life in the territorial communities of Ukraine, where they currently live and plan to stay for a long time. Volunteer tourism ensures the convergence of identities of displaced persons and the communities in which they live the establishment of communication, and formation of harmonious cultural forms between forcibly displaced persons and all other members of society. It was established that in the conditions of the russian military invasion, thanks to the joint efforts of volunteers and the partnership of public organizations, there is an opportunity to implement social projects at the national level, which contribute to the social adaptation of people who were forced to leave their usual places of residence, escaping from the military threat. The organization and conduct of tourist activities helps to establish and create a healthy psychological climate through the active, relaxed communicative activity of the event participants, contributes to their psycho-emotional relief, the formation of a positive mood, and mutual satisfaction with the learning process. The article substantiates that the involvement of caring, active, conscious volunteers in the implementation of projects forms a new culture aimed at the spread of universal human values, peace, freedom, security, humanism, personal growth through awareness of human potential.
