Learning model and academic ability are important considerations in developing students' skills including metacognitive skills in biology learning. The study aimed to investigate the effect of open inquiry on the metacognitive skills of students in different academic abilities. The study was quasi-experimental research, using the equivalent post-test only with control group design. The subjects of the experiment comprised 60 eleventh grade students. The samples were randomly assigned in a 2x2 factorial design. Two learning models were compared: open inquiry and conventional models, and two academic abilities: high and low. The students' metacognitive skill was measured by an essay test integrated with academic achievement measurement, as well as an application of a learning journal as selfassessment. The result of a 2-way ANOVA test confirmed the metacognitive skills of students with high and low academic abilities in experiment class was significantly higher than those students in control class, but not for their interactions. Accordingly, the implementation of inquiry-based learning appears to be an effective strategy among students with different academic abilities.

Abstract. Balanced nutrition is a daily diet that contains nutrients in the type and amount according to the body's needs, namely gender, age and health status. Assessment of a person's nutrition is usually known as nutritional status. The success of a country to develop human resources is highly dependent on the nutritional status of its people. One of the factors that affect a person's nutritional status is people's knowledge of nutrition. One's knowledge can be seen from the level of education. This study aims to see whether there is an effect of the level of mother's education on the nutritional status of students who attend SMK Kesehatan Bina Sehat Nusantara Kabuapaten Bone. This research was conducted with analytical research method with a cross sectional approach. The research subjects were 33 students. Subjects who meet the criteria and are willing to take part in this study will fill out a questionnaire and their nutritional status will be measured through BMI (Body Mass Index). Furthermore, the data will be analyzed using Chi square analysis in the SPSS program. From the chi square analysis, it was found that there was no relationship between maternal education and the nutritional status of students at SMK Bina Sehat Nusantara, Kabupaten Bone. Abstrak. Gizi seimbang adalah susunan makanan sehari-hari yang mengandung zat gizi dalam jenis dan jumlah yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan tubuh yaitu jenis kelamin, umur dan status kesehatan. Penilaian terhadap gizi seseorang biasanya dikenal dengan status gizi. Keberhasilan suatu negara untuk mengembangkan sumber daya manusia sangat bergantung pada status gizi masyarakatnya. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi status gizi seseorang adalah pengetahuan orang tentang gizi. Pengetahuan seseorang salahsatunta dapat dilihat dari tingkat pendidikanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh tingkat penidikan ibu dengan ststus gizi siswa yang bersekolah di SMK Kesehatan Bina Sehat Nusantara Bone. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek penelitian adalah pelajar sebanyak 33 orang. Subjek yang memenuhi kriteria dan bersedia mengikuti penelitian ini akan mengisi kuesioner dan akan di ukur status gizinya melalui IMT ( Indeks Massa Tubuh ). Selanjutnya data akan dianalisa menggunakan analisa Chi squere dalam program SPSS. Dari analisa chi squere, didapati tidak ada hubungan antara pendidikan ibu dengan status gizi siswa di SMK Bina Sehat Nusantara Kabupaten Bone.
Abstract. Enzymes that influence the inflammatory process are cyclooxygenase enzymes that function in forming a prostaglandin to form inflammation. The xanthorrhizol compound has anti-inflammatory effect, so the xanthorrhizol docking research was carried out on the cycloocxigenase enzyme to determine the interaction of xanthorrhizol compounds derived from ginger rhizome (Curcuma xanthorriza). The analysis of these compounds used bioinformatics with several software namely PyMOL v.7.4.5, PyRx 0.8, and Avogadro. This software helps to visualize the compound and see the potential inhibitor of the compound against the cyclooxygenase enzyme. The docking of the xanthorrhizol ligand obtained the -7.4 binding affinity which showed it could interact with the active site of the cyclooxygenase enzyme target protein.. Abstrak. Enzim yang berpengaruh dalam proses inflamasi yaitu enzim cyclooxygenase yang berfungsi dalam membentuk sebua prostaglandin untuk membenntuk inflamasi. Senyawa xanthorrhizol mempunyai efek antiinflamasi, sehingga dilakukan penelitian docking xanthorrhizol terhadap enzim cycloocxigenase untuk mengetahui interaksi senyawa xanthorrhizol yang berasal dari tanaman temulawak (Curcuma xanthorriza) analisis senyawa tersebut menggunakan bioinformatika dengan beberapa soft ware yaitu PyMOL v.7.4.5, PyRx 0.8, dan Avogadro. Softwere ini membantu untuk memvisualisasi senyawa dan melihat potensi inhibitor senyawa terhadap enzim cyclooxigenase. Hasil docking dari ligan xanthorrhizol memproleh binding affinity -7,4 yang menunjukkan dapat berinteraksi dengan sisi aktif protein target enzim ciclooxigenase
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan VCT pada ibu hamil peserta ANC di UPT Puskesmas Taretta Kabupaten Bone. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi observasional dengan desain studi potong lintang (cross sectional study). Lokasi dalam penelitian ini adalah di UPT Puskesmas Taretta Kabupaten Bone Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai bulan November Sampai dengan bulan Desember 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh sasaran ibu hamil yang berada di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Taretta Kabupaten Bone Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan yaitu sebesar 3.609 ibu hamil. Responden penelitian adalah ibu hamil sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi di Puskesmas penyedia layanan VCT periode bulan November – Desember 2020. Dari 3609 sasaran ibu hamil dipilih 230 sampel secara proportionate stratified random sampling. Populasi dikelompokkan berdasarkan proporsi sasaran pada UPT Puskesmas Taretta Kabupaten Bone
