Kebutuhan memiliki rumah semakin meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk, terutama di kawasan perkotaan seperti di Kota Tangerang, yang merupakan kota industri dan sekaligus sebagai salah satu kota penyangga ibu kota Jakarta. Dalam keputusan membeli rumah, masyarakat seringkali dihadapkan pada banyak sekali pertimbangan, seperti harga rumah, cara pembayaran, lokasi perumahan, spesifikasi bangunan, dan kredibilitas developer. Selain itu, keputusan membeli rumah biasanya juga membutuhkan keterlibatan anggota keluarga. Apalagi masyarakat juga memiliki banyak alternatif perumahan yang dapat dipilih. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, perlu dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui kriteria-kriteria yang menjadi pertimbangan masyarakat dalam membeli rumah di Kota Tangerang. Kemudian berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tersebut dibangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Expert Choice 11. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan urutan prioritas kriteria dalam memilih rumah yang akan dibeli di Kota Tangerang adalah lokasi, harga, spesifikasi bangunan, kredibilitas developer dan terakhir adalah cara pembayaran. Selain itu diketahui pula bahwa metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) sangat cocok digunakan untuk proses pengambilan keputusan dengan multi kriteria dan multi alternatif, seperti halnya keputusan dalam membeli rumah, karena metode ini memperlihatkan hasil perbandingan pembobotan antar kriteria dan alternatif.Kata Kunci: analytical hierarchy process, expert choice, sistem penunjang keputusan.
This research was conducted to assess the success of e-commerce from the perspective of the millennial generation in Indonesia. This research was conducted through a case study on the Bukalapak Application, which in recent times has decreased from the perspective of the number of visitors. This study refers to the DeLon and McLean Updated Information System Success Model. The measurement indicators used in this study were modified based on a review of several recent studies. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to 291 respondents consisting of Bukalapak Application users who are included in the millennial generation in Indonesia. Based on the research results above, it can be concluded that all hypotheses can be accepted. Where the quality of information and customer satisfaction has a stronger influence on the use of the Bukalapak Application. Whereas service quality and system quality have a stronger influence on customer satisfaction in using the Bukalapak Application. Then user satisfaction has a stronger effect than using the system at a net profit. It is also known that the millennial generation in Indonesia also considers that the Bukalapak Application has good information quality, system quality, and service quality. Millennial also claims to have used the Bukalapak Application and expressed satisfaction with using the Bukalapak Application and stated that the Bukalapak Application was useful.
This research was conducted to test the application of the Technique Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in the decision-making process of choosing tourist destinations in East Java. This research is motivated by the problems faced by the Jakarta Backpacker Community who often have difficulty in making choices about tourist destinations to be visited in East Java. The criteria used in this study are cost, destination, meeting point, trip length and facilities obtained. The results of this study indicate that The TOPSIS method and the SAW Method can be used for the decision-making process in the selection of tourist destinations in East Java, with the results of Explore Baluran and Menjangan being the most recommended choices as the primary choice. Besides, it is also known that there is a match between the TOPSIS and SAW methods, with the calculation results using the TOPSIS method that is 0.64 and the calculation using the SAW method is 0.86 as the highest calculated value. So as such, these two methods can be stated equally well used in the process of determining tourist destinations in East Java. However, this applies only to the highest value, because for the order of two and so on, the results of calculations on these two methods show differences in rank.
This research aims to analyze the success of the website of Borobudur University using Delone & Mclean Model. Variables used in this research are the quality of information, system quality, service quality, and user satisfaction. The research population is a regular student at the University of Borobudur, with a population of 431 people. The number of samples used in this research was 82 people, with a significance level of 10%. Meanwhile, in determining the sample using non probability sampling approach by using accidental sampling technique. Data collection activities were conducted using questionnaires, while the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, to describe the profile of respondents and to know the user perception of research variables. Based on the results of research, showed that students' perceptions of the website of the University of Borobudur is high. While based on the results of hypothesis testing, also obtained result that all hypothesis in test accepted, where there is a positive and significant relationship between information quality to the user satisfaction of website, there is a positive and significant relationship between system quality to the user satisfaction of website, and there is a positive and significant relationship between service quality to user satisfaction of website.
