Boarding houses or indekos are services that offer rooms or apartments with a certain amount of payment for a certain period of time (usually monthly or annual payments). The purpose of this research is to create a web-based boarding house information application to develop a boarding house rental service business. To support the research, we use the waterfall method, namely needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and testing in making boarding applications. The final result of this research is the creation of a web-based information system that can be used for seekers and providers of boarding rooms. This system will attract the interest of boarding house tenants because this system makes it easy for boarding house seekers to get the boarding house specifications as desired. Likewise, boarding house providers will easily offer their rental services so that they can be rented and occupied by boarding house seekers. It can be concluded that this information system helps in finding suitable boarding houses that can be done online and makes it easy for boarding house owners to promote their place to the fullest.
Since 2014 the growth of coffee consumption by the domestic market has continued to increase in line with the increase in global market demand which has reached 65% in the last two decades. This growth indicates that the habit of drinking coffee in the past has changed and become a new lifestyle for the younger generation, thereby attracting the interest of entrepreneurs to co-found their coffee businesses, both as producers and as coffee shops. The high interest of these entrepreneurs ultimately increases the level of competition so that entrepreneurs are required to provide different and superior values to win the market. Tombo Coffee has been established since 2013 but has experienced a problem, namely the decline in annual turnover since 2019. This study is aimed at finding out whether service quality and location have a positive influence on product purchasing decisions at Tombo Coffe. This research uses an explanatory research type. Sampling using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique, namely by giving a questionnaire directly at the Tombo Coffee shop. The number of respondents collected as many as 100 people. The measurement scale uses a Likert Scale. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, f-test, and t-test. The results of the research found that service quality and location had a positive and significant influence simultaneously or partially on purchasing decisions. Sejak tahun 2014 pertumbuhan konsumsi kopi oleh pasar domestik terus mengalami peningkatan seiring dengan peningkatan permintaan pasar global yang yang mencapai 65% dalam dua dekade terakhir. Pertumbuhan ini menandakan bahwa kebiasaan minum kopi yang lalu telah berubah dan menjadi gaya hidup baru bagi generasi mudanya sehingga menarik minat para pengusaha untuk ikut mendirikan bisnis kopinya baik menjadi produsen maupun kedai kopi. Tingginya minat pengusaha ini akhirnya meningkatkan juga tingkat persaingan sehingga para pengusaha dituntut untuk memberikan nilai yang berbeda dan unggul untuk memenangkan pasar. Tombo Coffe telah berdiri sejak 2013, namun mengalami masalah yakni menurunnya omzet tahunan sejak tahun 2019. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian produk di Tombo Coffe. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe explanatory research. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling, yakni dengan memberikan kuesioner secara langsung di kedai Tombo Coffe. Jumlah responden yang dihimpun sebanyak 100 orang. Skala pengukuran menggunakan Skala Likert. Analisis data memakai uji validitas, uji reabilitas, koefisien determinasi, regresi linear sederhana, regresi linear berganda, uji f, dan uji t. Hasil riset menemukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana perbandingan kepuasan pelanggan; kepuasan dan ketidakpuasan pelanggan tertulis dan lisan di hotel bintang lima. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data: Wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 14 poin yang terdiri atas delapan poin adalah kepuasan yaitu kamar, fasilitas, kebersihan, hiburan, kinerja, pelayanan, lokasi, arsitektur dan enam poin adalah ketidakpuasan yaitu kinerja, atmosfer, pelayanan, fasilitas, makanan dan kamar. Sedangkan hasil wawancara, terdapat 15 poin yang terdiri atas 13 poin adalah kepuasan yaitu Atmosfer, kinerja, pelayanan, kamar, lokasi, arsitektur, suasana, makanan, fasilitas, hiburan, keamanan, kebersihandan standar dan dua poin adalah ketidakpuasan yaitu makanan dan event/hiburan. Dari temuan ini dapat dilihat bahwa, terdapat perbedaan antara penilaian tertulis dan lisan. Pada penilaian tertulis, tamu dapat memberikan penilaian terhadap hotel sesuai dengan pengalaman menginapnya. Sedangkan pada penilaian lisan, tamu memberikan penilaian hanya yang bersifat positif saja.
Runway is an airport facility which is very important for aircraft landing and taking off. The runway is a square area on the surface of the airport that is prepared for aircraft take off and landing, without a well-planned and managed runway, the aircraft will not be able to use the airport. In designing the runway, it is strictly regulated regarding the length, width, orientation (direction), configuration, slope / slope, and thickness of the runway pavement. This final project will analyze the feasibility of the runway length and the thickness of the pavement (runway) for the operational plan aircraft that will be used in the next 20 years. With ARFL corrections to the existing runway conditions, the current runway length is 2,500 meters. For the next 20 years traffic flow is forecasted using linear regression analysis from 2011 to 2037. From the forecasting results, it was found that the total aircraft movement was 19,138 movements (R1), so it was planned to use the B 737 900 ER aircraft because this aircraft had a passenger capacity of 220 seats. This aircraft is the reference for the planning of the runway dimensions. Some of the resulting planning analyzes include: the length of the planned runway is 2,498 meters long and 45 meters wide. Meanwhile, the pavement planning analysis resulted in a surface layer thickness of 4 inches, a base coarse layer of 13 inches, and a subbase thickness of 22 inches.
