En este trabajo se aborda el análisis político como la comprensión de situaciones políticas concretas (no sólo de cambio, sino de estabilidad), resultado de una determinada correlación de fuerzas entre diferentes actores, y de la sedimentación de sentidos compartidos que ordenan de una forma y no de otra las percepciones de los actores, sus alineamientos y, en fin, el campo político. De esta forma, el objeto principal de estudio para el análisis político es el poder político, entendido no como un objeto que se posee de manera absoluta, sino como una relación de distribución desigual, siempre inestable en última instancia, sujeta a tensiones, contradicciones y cambios.
Résumé Les transformations de la structure de classe associée au néolibéralisme en Bolivie pourraient être, paradoxalement, les conditions de possibilité pour l’émergence de propositions plurielles et pluriculturelles. L’épuisement des promesses jamais satisfaites de la modernité eurocentrée, l’altération des hiérarchies traditionnelles aux différents niveaux géographiques (localité, région, État, international) engendrée par les formes dans lesquelles se manifeste la globalisation dans les périphéries, et le retour – volontaire et planifié – à une souveraineté étatique qui n’a jamais été qu’une aspiration créole-urbaine, ont rompu les certitudes traditionnelles : les futurs imaginables, les formes d’organisation classiques, les sujets de changement et leurs identités, les classifications géographiques et raciales.

Luego enseguida, viene la politización cuando soy adolescente, que empieza en otros ámbitos en la generación de los 90, con la música, con los fanzines, con la contracultura. En mi caso, en primer lugar con una militancia en el ámbito libertario, y en paralelo, o solapándose, en el movimiento estudiantil. Cuando entro en la Facultad de Políticas y Sociología de la Complutense, si uno viene de un bagaje familiar politizado y con compromiso militante ya antes de entrar, estaFacultad es como el esplendor.
