A criação de estratégias que modifiquem o modelo clássico de ensino e facilitem a aprendizagem é um desafio para professores. A fisiologia, enquanto ciência básica, necessita de abordagens que permitam a construção de conhecimentos essenciais aos profissionais da saúde e estimulem o interesse dos estudantes nos conteúdos trabalhados em aula. Diante disso, nós criamos o “Fisiologiando”: um grupo de estudo em fisiologia humana. Nossa proposta contou com encontros semanais entre estudantes matriculados na disciplina de Fisiologia Humana e estudantes monitores previamente selecionados. Nos encontros, diferentes metodologias ativas eram usadas para discutir os conteúdos de fisiologia. A partir da opinião dos alunos, verificamos que a realização de um grupo de estudo semanal utilizando metodologias ativas representa uma estratégia importante para a facilitação do processo de aprendizagem de conteúdos de fisiologia previamente trabalhados em aula.
O artigo discute potenciais contribuições da interdisciplinaridade para a construção de competências comunicacionais no ensino médico, sob as perspectivas da Teoria da Complexidade e da Pragmática da Comunicação Humana. Tal discussão sustenta-se na descrição da implementação de atividades de uma disciplina do curso de Medicina da NN, espaço em que dialogam docentes da área da Psicologia e da Semiologia Médica. Propõe-se que a interdisciplinaridade, por meio do reconhecimento do tensionamento entre diferentes áreas de conhecimento, pode ser usada como força motriz para a reflexão e para a problematização, no contexto da construção de habilidades e atitudes requeridas para a realização de uma entrevista médica.
OBJETIVO: CONSOLIDAR A TELECONSULTORIA E TELEDUCAÇÃO PARA AS EQUIPES DA ESTRATÉGIA SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA SUBSIDIADAS PELOS PONTOS DA TELESSAÚDE DO ESTADO DO AMAZONAS. MÉTODO: AS TELENFERMAGENS OCORRERAM DE FORMA PERIÓDICA PARA TODOS OS PÓLOS ATIVOS DE TELESSAÚDE DO AMAZONAS NO PERÍODO DE AGOSTO/2018 A FEVEREIRO/2020. O PÚBLICO ALVO FORAM AS EQUIPES DE ENFERMAGEM E AGENTES COMUNITÁRIOS DE SAÚDE. O PROJETO OCORREU EM APENAS UMA ETAPA: A TELEDUCAÇÃO, ESTA OCORREU MEDIANTE A SELEÇÃO DE TEMAS E CRONOGRAMA REALIZADO EM CONJUNTO AOS PROFISSIONAIS DE SAÚDE DOS MUNICÍPIOS PARTICIPANTES. ESTES FORAM DIRECIONADOS AS AÇÕES DA ATENÇÃO BÁSICA, ATENDENDO AS POLÍTICAS DO SUS. PARA A REALIZAÇÃO DA TELEDUCAÇÃO, FOI UTILIZADA A ESTRUTURA FÍSICA E TECNOLÓGICA DO NÚCLEO AMAZONAS DE TELESSAÚDE, QUE TEM POR BASE OPERACIONAL O PÓLO DE TELEMEDICINA DA AMAZÔNIA NA ESCOLA SUPERIOR DE CIÊNCIAS DA SAÚDE DA UNIVERSIDADE DO ESTADO DO AMAZONAS (ESA/UEA). RESULTADOS: FOI REALIZADO ATUALIZAÇÃO DOS NÚMEROS DE CONTATOS DE TODOS OS COORDENADORES DO TELESSAÚDE-AM E APÓS PLANEJAMENTOS SOBRE O MEIO PARA CONTATO, FOI ADOTADO COMO MELHOR MEIO O APLICATIVO DE WHATSAPP. MEIO PELO QUAL FORAM ENVIADOS AOS COORDENADORES MENSAGEM DE CONVITE PARA PARTICIPAÇÃO NO DESENVOLVIMENTO DESTE TRABALHO E APÓS O ENVIO DO LINK DO GOOGLE FORM ONDE PUDERAM SUGERIR: TEMAS; DIAS; HORÁRIOS; PERIODICIDADE E OUTRAS FORMAS DE CONTATO. HOUVE ADESÃO POR 35 COORDENADORES DE NÚCLEOS, DESTES APENAS 27 PERMANECERAM ATÉ O FINAL DO PROJETO. AS ATIVIDADES DE TELENFERMAGEM OCORRERAM DE FORMA PERIÓDICA MENSAL, COM DURAÇÃO DE 1 (UMA) HORA. FORAM REALIZADAS UM TOTAL DE 21 ATIVIDADES, DESTAS DUAS FORAM GRAVADAS E RETRANSMITIDAS E AINDA DISPONIBILIZADAS NO CANAL DO YOUTUBE DO TELESSAÚDE-AM (TELESSAUDEAMAZONAS), AMBOS TIVERAM TEMAS SUGERIDOS POR MUNICÍPIOS. CONCLUSÃO: O USO DE TECNOLOGIA NA PRÁTICA DE SAÚDE É UMA FERRAMENTA INDISPENSÁVEL, POIS PERMITE APESAR DAS BARREIRAS GEOGRÁFICAS A CHEGADA DA INFORMAÇÃO, ATUALIZAÇÃO E DISSEMINAÇÃO DESSAS INFORMAÇÕES.
