This study aims to develop a valid, practical, and effective Problem Based Learning Model for Preventing Corruption to improve students' anti-corruption attitudes in the Citizenship Education course at the Health College. The process of developing this model refers to the ADDIE development model. The results showed that the validity of the Problem Based Learning model for Preventing Corruption which was actualized in the form of model books, lecturer books, student books, and anti-corruption attitude instruments on the validity criteria was very high. The practicality of the Problem Based Learning model to prevent corruption is in the very effective category. The average anti-corruption attitude skills after the intervention in the experimental class in both health high schools showed an increase in anti-corruption attitudes compared to the control class with results of 88.65 and 86.81 with N-Gain 0.56 and 0.49. based on the Independent T-Test test obtained sig (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05. Based on these results, the Problem Based Learning To Prevent Corruption model meets the valid, practical, and effective criteria to improve students' anti-corruption attitudes and is expected to be an alternative reference to improve the quality of civics learning, especially in anti-corruption and corruption education.
Menyontek saat sekarang ini sudah menjadi hal yang biasa dikalangan peserta didik, dimulai dari bangku sekolah dasar hingga perguruan tinggi. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis perilaku menyontek peserta didik di perguruan tinggi kesehatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 106 orang mahasiswa sekolah tinggi kesehatan di Kota Padang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 45,3% responden pernah menyontek. Hal ini tentunya harus menjadi perhatian bagi pemerintah, karena menyontek sebagai bentuk penuruna moral bangsa atau dekadensi moral bangsa. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa separuh responden berprilaku kurang baik dalam menyontek.
SDN 19 Air Tawar merupakan SD yang berjarak 2 km dari kampus STIKES Syedza Saintika dan berjarak 700 m dari bibir laut. SD ini memiliki 6 kelas dengan jumlah murid 135 orang. Dalam sebulan terakhir telah 4 kali siswa dihentikan pembelajaran dan pulang begitu saja dikarenakan adanya gempa serta 7 orang siswa cidera (4 orang terbentur dan 3 orang terjatuh) karena berdesakkan keluar saat terjadinya gempa. Tidak hanya itu, dalam 6 bulan terakhir ada 1 orang siswa yang hilang selama 2 hari 1 malam dikarenakan berlari saat gempa terjadi dan tidak ingat lagi jalan untuk pulang kerumahnya. Hal ini memperlihatkan trauma akan gempa masih ada dalam diri siswa tersebut. Masih traumanya siswa selain disebabkan oleh karena posisi sekolah di bibir pantai juga disebabkan karena belum siaganya baik siswa maupun lingkungan sekolah terhadap bencana gempa maupun tsunami. Dalam mengatasi masalah ini, ada beberapa solusi yang telah dilakukan yaitu pertama, memberikan terapi trauma healing kepada siswa dengan cara duduk berkelompok (satu kelompok terdiri dari 10 sampai 11 orang), masing – masing orang dikelompok menceritakan masa lalu mereka mengenai gempa dan potensi tsunami dan hal – hal yang dapat mereka lakukan saat terjadi bencana.
Background: The level of public satisfaction with public hospital services is still quite low, with almost more than 50% complaining about the services it receives. The demand for hospital service quality, the government imposed the policy of local public service agency (LPSA) in the hospital. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of LPSA policy.Methods: This research was a descriptive research with qualitative approach. This research was conducted in Dr Rasidin Hospital in Padang, during July to October 2017. Key informants were chosen by purposive sampling as many as five people who understand about LPSA policy. Data were collected through indept interview, document review, and observation. Qualitative data were analyzed by thematic analysis.Results: The result of the research showed that the implementation of LPSA policy from policy standard has been run well, has a sufficient and adequate resources. Disposition of executives were positive in support of this policy to service activities. Communication has not spread evenly across all employees, only revolving around employees who directly handle the local public service agency. The bureaucratic structure was clear.Conclusions: Implementation of public service agency policies has worked well in terms of the standard policy, disposition, resources, communications, bureaucratic structure.
