Introducción. Este trabajo presenta un análisis del periodismo inmersivo en el ámbito empresarial y profesional, tras la constatación de que la producción de vídeos informativos en formato 360º ha decaído a partir del año 2018. Objetivos. Analizar las causas del cese de la producción de vídeos en formato 360º en España a partir del año 2018, así como conocer la situación del periodismo inmersivo tal como la reflejan los últimos trabajos de investigación académica publicados en el ámbito científico. Metodología. Se analizan una serie de entrevistas semiestructuradas realizadas a los profesionales que realizaron las primeras experiencias inmersivas en España, así como los resultados de los últimos artículos publicados en el área de conocimiento de la comunicación. Resultados. La investigación académica en los últimos años muestra una situación optimista para las tecnologías inmersivas aplicadas a la comunicación; sin embargo, el interés de los medios de comunicación no parece acompañar a esta visión. Conclusiones. El escaso apoyo de los medios, la ausencia de tecnología para alcanzar una inmersión real de los usuarios, la escasa cultura visual de este tipo de productos en el público y, como consecuencia de ello, el bajo impacto en la audiencia son las claves de este descenso de la producción de piezas de periodismo inmersivo, frente al progresivo aumento en otros ámbitos como el videojuego o producciones audiovisuales de entretenimiento, en formato multimedia y de difusión o divulgación.
Introducción: TikTok ha sido una de las redes sociales más usada por los usuarios más jóvenes durante el confinamiento por la COVID-19. Objetivo: Analizar las principales tendencias y vídeos publicados en la plataforma durante el periodo de cuarentena. Metodología: Se analizaron los contenidos y tendencias principales publicados en TikTok durante 25 días de confinamiento desde el 9 de abril al 3 de mayo de 2020. Se presenta un análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo de tendencias y retos virales relacionados con la COVID-19. Resultados: El estudio presenta un modelo de generación de contenidos y viralización de éstos totalmente novedoso, a partir de la presentación de unos contenidos que, aparentemente, no son útiles, no cambian el mundo ni la vida de los ciudadanos, y presentando productos vacíos y basados exclusivamente en la diversión y la imitación. Conclusiones: Frente a las acciones generadas en otras redes para la factura de mascarillas y pantallas, TikTok sólo ha aportado humor y entretenimiento. Sin embargo, bajo una aparente capa de superficialidad y frivolidad, se puede descubrir una foto fija de nuestra sociedad de puertas adentro.
Este trabajo analiza la estrategia en redes sociales del presidente de Ucrania, Volodímir Zelenski, durante los primeros 30 días de la invasión rusa, entre el 24 de febrero y el 25 de marzo de 2022. El uso de las redes sociales se convirtió en una herramienta de comunicación más efectiva que los canales tradicionales, de manera que sus cuentas en redes sociales sirvieron para mantener al país informado de las acciones que el Gobierno estaba realizando. Al mismo tiempo millones de personas en todo el mundo pudieron ver la evolución de la guerra, según el punto de vista de Zelenski.
Twitter se ha convertido en la red social de Internet preferida por la mayoría de los líderes políticos y suutilización durante los meses más duros de la COVID-19 es significativa. Este trabajo analiza los efectos que los discursos de los principales líderes políticos en España han tenido en la gestión de la comunicación de la COVID-19, con el objetivo de comprobar cómo su discurso ha influido en la transparencia y enel aumento de la desinformación en este momento. Asimismo, estos datos permitirán observar cuáles sonlas técnicas comunicativas utilizadas por los representantes políticos más representativos y vinculados ala gestión de la pandemia en tres comunidades autónomas españolas. A partir de una base metodológicade triple enfoque, se realizará un análisis de contenido de carácter cuantitativo, cualitativo y discursivo,analizando los datos con la herramienta SPSS, versión 24. Los resultados obtenidos muestran cómolas fuentes institucionales han propagado en Twitter un contenido de carácter opinativo más que infor -mativo. Además se ha comprobado que la saturación de mensajes en la red ha dado lugar a una mayorutilización de mecanismos de falacias por parte de los sujetos institucionales analizados y, por tanto, se ha podido determinar que la forma en la que se ha gestionado la comunicación sobre la COVID-19 ha contribuido al incremento de la desinformación.
