Jamu Instant Powder, Dragon Fruit Super Red, Stevia, Physical Test, Antioxidant, Hedonic. Dragon fruit super red has antioxidant activity, so dragon fruit super red formulated in jamu instant powder dosage form because can be useful to society without brewing before with natural sweetener stevia leaf. The aim of this research to know formulation jamu instant powder dosage form antioxidant dragon fruit super red with natural sweetener stevia leaf and hedonic test and test of antioxidant activity. This study was a descriptive study and laboratory design. The evaluation included physical test is water content, flowability time, an angel of repose, uniformity of weight, organoleptic dan pH; antioxidant activity with IC50 parameters, hedonic measurement with hedonic scale. The result showed physical test jamu instant powder included water content 1,85%; flowability time 35,97 second; an angel of repose 37,34°, uniformity of weight 1,01775 gram, organoleptic is purplish red of color, unpleasant odor, soft of texture dan sweet of taste; and result of pH 4,47. The result measurement antioxidant activity had coverage categories antioxidant activity with IC50 at 132,125 ppm. Hedonic test results of colour indicators 63,3% of respondents are very like, from the colour indicators 46,7% of the respondents does not like, from the taste indicators 46,7% of the respondent are like, while texture indicators 50% are like.
Abstrack : Physical Characteristic, Qualitative Terpenoid Experiment, Lotion, Lime Leaves. Lime leaves (Citrus hystrix DC.) contain active tannin compounds, steroid, terpenoid, and volatile oil which be formulated into repellent lotion. The aim of this research was to find out the physical testdosage form extract lotion of lime leaves covering organoleptic, homogeneity, pH, viscosity, dispersive power and adhesion, and also qualitative testing to find out the compounds content of terpenoid dosage form extract lotion of lime leaves. Methodology of this research used descriptive observational study by observes then describe about physical characteristic. The result of qualitative test terpenoid compound form extract lotion of lime leaves presented in narration and table. The result of this research was organoleptic experiment that showed if dosage form extract lotion of lime leaves have viscous and semi-solid, green color, fragrant smell typical of lime leaves. Homogeneity form was less homogeneous because there is still a little green particle. pHdosage form got the result for 6,27. Viscosity dosage form got the result for 4500 cp (centipoise). Dispersive power dosage form got the result for 6,6 cm. Adhesion got the result for 1,28 second and the result of qualitative experiment showed positive result and contains terpenoid with sorrel color. The conclusion from this research was the result from physical experiment dosageform extract lotion of lime leaves got appropriate with standard except homogeneity experiment and qualitative experiment of terpenoid compounds got the positive result contains terpenoid.Abstrak : Uji Fisik, Uji Kualitatif Terpenoid, Losion, Daun Jeruk Purut. Daun jeruk purut (Citrus hystrix DC.) mengandung senyawa aktif tanin, steroid,terpenoiddan minyak atsiri yang dapat diformulasikan menjadi losion penolak serangga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sifat fisik sediaan losion ekstrak daun jeruk purut yang meliputi organoleptik, homogenitas, pH, viskositas, daya sebar dan daya lekat serta melakukan pengujian secara kualitatif untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya kandungan senyawa terpenoid sediaan losion ekstrak daun jeruk purut. Metode penelitian ini adalah secara observasional deskriptif yaitu untuk melakukan pengamatan lalu mendeskripsikan sifat fisik dan hasi uji kualitatif senyawa terpenoid sediaan losion ekstrak daun jeruk purut yang disajikan dalam bentuk narasi dan tabel. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalahuji organoleptik menunjukkan bahwa sediaan losion ekstrak daun jeruk purutberbentuk kental setengah padat, berwarna hijau, berbau wangi khas daun jeruk purut. Homogenitas sediaan kurang homogen karena masih ada sedikit partikel hijau. pH sediaan mendapatkan hasil 6,27. Viskositas sediaan mendapatkan hasil
Background : Corn cobs have the potential to protect the skin, so far the research has only been limited to testing the extracts and has not been formed in a cosmetic preparation. Gel is a cosmetic preparation that is ideal for sunscreens because it is less oily, not sticky, soft, elegant, can form a layer of film that adheres well and protects the skin, and evaporation of water content creates a soothing and pleasant effect. Method: The method is used to determine the physical appearance of the gel with organoleptic parameters, homogeneity, dispersion and absorbency. Result: The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the physical test of sunscreen gel preparations from corn cobs extract (Zea mays L). Conclusion: The physical test results from the sunscreen gel extract of corn cobs extract (Zay Mays L.) had the results of organoleptic test, homogeneity test, spreadability test and adherence to the standard.
Physical Stability, Hedonic, Syrup, Tumeric Tamarind. Tumeric have a benefit as antiinflammation so can be improved in the syrup formula. This research aimed to describe the result physical stability and hedonic test of the tumeric tamarind sirup with differences temperature storing for phormula I was saving in 5 0 C and phormula II was saving in 35 0 C for 24 hours as many 14 cyclic. It was experimental research. This research was done by testing physical stability of the tumeric tamarind sirup include to organoleptic, pH, homogenity and pour time test and also hedonic test. The result research: organoleptic test were no change for two weeks with brownish yellow colour, smell test is tumeric tamarind, flavor test is sweet and tamarind and texture is solid. pH test is stable at 4, homogenity test is stable homogen and pour time test is phormula I was storing in 5 0 C is 8,14 second and 7,84 second, phormula II was storing in 35 0 C is 5,04 second and 4,14 second for 24 hour as many 14 cyclic. Hedonic test was showed result for first week at temperature 5 0 C is 40% of respondents are very like, 40% of respondents are like and 20% of respondents are dislike, at temperature 35°C is 40% of respondents are very like and 60% of respondents are like. While for second week at temperature 5 0 C is 60% of respondents are very like and 40% of respondents are like, at temperature 35°C is 80% of respondents are very like and 20% of respondents are like.Abstrak: Stabilitas Fisik, Hedonik, Sirup,Kunyit Asam. Kunyit mempunyai manfaat sebagai anti inflamasi sehingga pemanfaatannya dapat dikembangkan dalam bentuk sirup. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran hasil stabilitas fisik dan hedonik sirup herbal dengan perbedaan suhu penyimpanan yaitu formula I disimpan pada suhu 5 0 C dan formula II disimpan pada suhu 35 0 C selama 24 jam sebanyak 14 siklus. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimental. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menguji stabilitas fisik sirup herbal kunyit asam yang meliputi organoleptik, pH, homogenitas dan waktu tuang serta uji hedonik. Hasil pengamatan organoleptis tidak mengalami perubahan selama 2 minggu yaitu warna kuning kecoklatan pekat, bau khas kunyit asam, rasa asam manis dan bentuk cair. Hasil uji pH tetap stabil yaitu 4,uji homogenitas adalah tetap homogen dan hasil waktu tuang formula I disimpan pada suhu 5 0 C yaitu 8,14 detik dan 7,84 detik dan formula II disimpan pada suhu 35 0 C yaitu 5,04 detik dan 4,14 detik selama 24 jam sebanyak 14 siklus. Untuk uji hedonik menunjukkan hasil respon pada minggu I suhu 5°C yang sangat suka 40%, suka 40% dan tidak suka 20%, pada suhu 35°C memberikan nilai respon yang sangat suka 40%, suka 60%. Sedangkan pada minggu II suhu 5°C yang sangat suka 60%, suka 40%, pada suhu 35°C memberikan nilai respon yang sangat suka 80%, suka 20%.
