Parents have an important role in supervising and directing their autistic teenagers while carrying out daily routines at home so they can become independent teens. The purpose of this case study is to provide an overview of how teenagers with autism carry out their daily activities and what their daily activities are at home. Data collection methods used in this study were in-depth interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that teenagers with autism are involved by parent in carrying out daily activities at home such as folding clothes, cleaning the kitchen floor, and washing rice and vegetables while at the same time parent accompany, supervise and guide her daughter. Very important for mother to teaches and trains her autistic teenager in daily living activities at home to be independent.
Latar belakang: Air Susu Ibu (ASI) merupakan makanan bayi yang paling sempurna, praktis, murah dan bersih karena langsung diminum dari payudara ibu. Produksi ASI dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan ibu dan keluarga untuk memberikan ASI secara eksklusif dan meningkatkan produksi ASI adalah dengan mengoptimalkan produksi hormon oksitosin, salah satu yang dapat dilakukan ibu setelah melahirkan adalah dengan pijat oksitosin. Pijat oksitosin merupakan pemijatan sepanjang tulang belakang (tulang vertebrae sampai tulang costae kelima-enam). Pijat oksitosin dilakukan pada ibu postpartum dengan durasi 3 menit dan frekuensi pemberian pijatan 2 kali sehari. Tujuan: Menganalisis pengaruh pijat oksitosin terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu pekerja di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sungai Raya Dalam Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Metode penenelitian: Quasi experimen design pre-test and post-test nonequivalent controls group. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling dengan mengunakan 24 responden penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariat bivariate mengunakan uji Wilcoxon-test. Hasil penelitian: Setelah dilakukan pengukuran produksi ASI sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pijat oksitosin pada ibu pekerja dengan uji Wilcoxon-test didapatkan nilai p-value 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara produksi ASI sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pijat oksitosin. Kesimpulan: Ada perbedaan rerata produksi ASI sebelum dan sesudah pijat oksitosin pada ibu pekerja di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sungai Raya Dalam Kabupaten Kubu Raya.
Meningkatnya kasus Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) secara signifkan akan menambah beban masyarakat dan pemerintah, karena penanganannya membutuhkan waktu yang tidak sebentar, biaya yang besar dan teknologi tinggi. Kasus PTM memang tidak ditularkan namun mematikan dan mengakibatkan individu menjadi tidak atau kurang produktif namun PTM dapat dicegah dengan cara mengendalikan faktor risiko melalui deteksi dini PTM. Dalam menurunkan kasus PTM melalui pengendalian faktor risiko PTM di masyarakat maka diperlukan upaya dan pemahaman yang sama terhadap pembagian peran dan dukungan manajemen program pengendalian PTM. Pada tahun 2016, sekitar 71 persen penyebab kematian di dunia adalah penyakit tidak menular (PTM) yang membunuh 36 juta jiwa per tahun. Sekitar 80 persen kematian tersebut terjadi di negara berpenghasilan menengah dan rendah. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah Melakukan deteksi dini faktor risiko PTM, adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi pemeriksaan tekanan darah,, pengukuran kolesterol dan kadar gula darah. Metode pelaksanaan Program Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah pemeriksaan tanda tanda vital pengukuran kolesterol dan kadar gula darah. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada saat Pertemuan Rutin PPSW Az Zahro Kabupaten Kubu Raya.
