Dalung Permai housing is that has a fairly high trip generation, many had access road leading to the workplace, both working in government, private as well as to schools and shopping centers and entertainment. Ahousingshouldprovideatranquility awayfrom the noisein accordancewith the Decree of the Governor of Bali No.8 Year 2007 on Environmental Quality Standards and Criteria Raw Environmental Damage that thres hold noise level forresidential areasandsettlementsamounted to55dB.The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of the traffic, the noise level of traffic, the perception of the population in Dalung Permai housing. Data collected by way of interviews with respondents and direct measurements in the field. Based on the data analysis it is known that the highest traffic volume during rush hour occurred in the morning (07.00 to 09.00) in the segment Jl. Tegal Luwih with volume vehicle as much as 21.599 vehicles, the segment Jl. Dalung Permai and segments Jl. Tegal Permai occurred in the afternoon (05.00 to 07.00) with a total volume of 22.450 and 17.587 vehicles. Instantaneous speed of the average of each type of vehicle ranges between 33-40 km per hour. The main sources of traffic noise is a four-stroke motorcycles with prosenatse average reached 91.61% of the total number of vehicles. The average noise level measured has exceeded the threshold setandar quality standard that ranged from 73.71 to 76.77 dB. In the segment Jl. Tegal Luwih, segments Jl. Tegal Permai and segments Jl. Dalung Permai give the perception that the level of traffic noise in a residential area is disturbing level of comfort.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the aviation deregulation and performance of the scheduled commercial airlines. Samples used are domestic lights of 17 companies. Using descriptive analytical research methods. Deregulation encourage the emergence of new low-cost airline. Up to 2012 the share of the domestic passenger market in general is as much as 78% controlled by low-cost airline companies. Garuda Indonesia, which has the operating license to ly as a full service airline only gain a market share of 22%. It is concluded that the trend of domestic passengers as much as 78% are choosing low cost airlines.Keywords: deregulation, commercial airline, performance, aviation ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis deregulasi penerbangan dan kinerja perusahaan penerbangan niaga berjadwal. Sampel yang terjangkau adalah penerbangan domestik sebanyak 17 perusahaan. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif analitis. Deregulasi mendorong kemunculan perusahaan penerbangan baru berbiaya rendah. Sampai dengan 2012 pangsa pasar penumpang dalam negeri secara umum sebanyak 78% dikuasai oleh perusahaan penerbangan berbiaya rendah. Garuda Indonesia yang memiliki izin operasi terbang sebagai perusahaan penerbangan dengan layanan penuh hanya mendapatkan pangsa pasar sebesar 22%. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin pengendara motor, kondisi motor dan jalan, terhadap keselamatan berlalu lintas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode path analysis. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 42.625 pengendara sepeda motor jalan Raya KS Tubun dan Tajur. Sampel berjumlah 684 pengendara sepeda motor dengan teknik sampel menggunakan incidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan lalu lintas (X 3 ) sangatdipengaruhi oleh disiplin pengendara (X 1 ) dan kondisi Motor danJalan (X 2 ). Keselamatan dalam berlalu lintasakan semakin meningkat apabila saranaprasarana lalu lintas Kondisi Motordan Jalan berfungsi dengan baik seperti kelengkapan kendaraan, rambu-rambu lalulintas, marka, alat pengamanan pemakaijalan, kondisi jalan, dan fasilitas pendukungkegiatan lalu lintas lainnya.
Airport is a vital subsystem in the air transport system which has an important and strategic role in smoothening air trafic, so that an airport must be designed to be always ready in all situations and conditions to serve airline lights securely, orderly, smoothly, and quickly.The frequent delay faced by Indonesian domestic scheduled airlines is not fully caused by internal factor of the companies. Instead, it can be caused by the airport factor. The problems faced by airports in Indonesia which have impacts on the performance of light punctuality among other things are capacity, slot time, quality of light navigation devices, accessibility, professionalism of airport and ATC human resources, infrastructure, facilities, equipment, and the human resources handling security and safety of lights in airport. This article recommends that an in-depth study should be carried out to map the interrelations between the airport factor in the light delay related to facilities integration and the airport authority in the light activities in Indonesia.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of rider discipline, motor condition and road, on traffic safety. This research is a quantitative research using path analysis method. The population of this study were 42,625 riders of KS Tubun and Tajur roads. The sample is 684 riders with sample technique using incidental sampling. The results showthat traffic safety (X3) is strongly influenced by motorist discipline (X1) and Motor and Road conditions (X2). Safety in traffic will increase if the means of traffic infrastructure,Motor and Road conditions are function properly asthe vehicle equipments, traffic signs,markers, road user safety equipment, road conditions, and other traffic support facilities
