Diabetes Mellitus is a serious chronic disease and occurs both when the pancreas does not produce enough insulin (a hormone that regulates blood glucose) or if the body cannot use the insulin produced effectively. DM sufferers are at risk of complications. These complications can be prevented by controlling diabetic blood glucose levels. Control of blood sugar levels in patients with DM is not adequate to avoid complications, the needs for knowledge and support of family with regular control of blood sugar DM patients. Method: This research was analytic descriptive with cross sectional design. The sampling technique used was random sampling with 50 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis used Chi Square test with significance level α = 0.05. Result: Based on the results of statistical tests using test, it was found that there was correlation between family support and knowledge and controlling blood sugar levels with p-value 0,002 and there was correlation between family support in controlling blood sugar levels with ρ-value 0,001and obtained p value <0,05. Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between family support and knowledge with regular control of blood sugar in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the Mangasa Health Center Makassar.

According to Riskesdes data (2018), the prevalence of mental disorders has increased when compared to the 2013 Riskesdes from 1.7% to 7%. In addition, the prevalence of mental emotional disorders in people aged> 15 years rose from 6% to 9.8%. Based on the results of data analysis the World Drug Report states that in this decade showed about 208 million people or 5% of the world's population who use narcotics and other addictive substances. Users of narcotics, psychotropic substances and other addictive substances are aged 15 years to 64 years and it is estimated that in 2025 it will increase to 15% of the world's population (Syahrial, 2015). One method that can be used to help control depression or mood due to narcotics consumption is complementary yoga therapy (Streeter, Gerbarg, Domenic, & Brown, 2012). The research design used was quasy experimental. In this study, One group pretest posttest design. The subjects in this study were 40 people with kiteria. The results of the study are based on paired t test results obtained that the value of the statistical test results obtained p value (0,000) <0.05 which means there is a difference in knowledge scores between before and after the intervention while the statistical test results obtained p value (0,000) <0.05 which means there is a difference in scores attitude between before and after the intervention. So it can be concluded that complementary yoga therapy can increase knowledge and attitudes on drug abuse.

Yoga therapy in the world of nursing is known as the term complementary therapy. To avoid stress, one of the most efficient and has been done for centuries is to do yoga. The efficacy of yoga in helping to relieve stress is no doubt. Yoga helps keep people away from stress. According to Hawari (2008), the high incidence of stress in Indonesia is also the reason why stress should be prioritized handling because in 2008 recorded about 10% of the total population of Indonesia experiencing mental disorders or stress. The high level of stress is generally caused by economic pressures or poverty (Ministry of Health, 2009) . General Purpose of this study To determine the influence of complementary therapies of yoga meditation on stress patients in Soul Polyclinic of Special Hospital Area of South Sulawesi Province. True Experiment Design True ExperimentalDesign. Population in this study all stress patients who came to visit in Soul Polyclinic of Special Hospital Area of South Sulawesi Province amounted to 60 respondents consisting of 30 respondents in the group without intervention 30 people for the intervention group (Sugiono, 2011) . The statistical test used: Mann Whey test and Wilcoxon test. Result of analysis test using Mann Whiteney got data that value The result show that Ha rejected and Ho accepted which mean there is no difference of average of stress level in group without intervention and intervention group during pre-test. The results of the test The results show that Ha accepted andHo rejected which means there is a difference in the average level of stress in the group without intervention and intervention group at post-test. The above statistical test results give us an illustration that there are two groups in this study, that is the group of respondents treated only with pharmacology therapy, and one group of respondents treated with pharmacology therapy and complementary therapies of yoga meditation. The results showed that the group given pharmacological therapy and complementary therapies had a higher cure rate than the group of respondents who received only pharmacological therapy
