Keterbatasan penggunaan media pembelajaran serta tidak maksimalnya peran guru dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran yang dibutuhkan pada mata pelajaran IPS, menjadikan beberapa materi disalurkan hanya melalui buku pegangan (tematik) yang dimiliki siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan mengetahui kevalidan dan kepraktisan media Pop-Up Book berbasis wayang sukuraga di Sekolah Dasar pada pelajaran IPS kelas IV khususnya pada materi Keragaman Budaya Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian R&D (Research And Development) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Produk yang dikembangkan yaitu media Pop-Up Book berbasis wayang sukuraga. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri kecamatan Sagaranten kabupaten Sukabumi yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Teknik dan instrumen yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan ada dua yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media Pop-Up Book layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dengan validasi ahli media sebesar 81% dengan kriteria sangat valid/ layak, validasi ahli materi sebesar 82% dengan kriteria sangat valid/layak. Respon guru sebesar 87,5% dengan kriteria sangat praktis/ layak dan respon siswa sebesar 83% dengan kriteria sangat praktis/ layak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pop-up book valid dan praktis digunakan guru dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaran dan membantu siswa dalam memahami materi pada pelajaran IPS materi Keragaman Budaya Indonesia Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar.
